I just started my own company and was excited to try Fieldd, but getting has been nearly impossible. I’ve called multiple times—straight to voicemail every time. Tried the live chat, and no one ever responds. When you’re trying to launch a business, waiting around with zero help is unacceptable. If this is how is at the start, I’m already second-guessing using this platform long term.

New update is pretty annoying. Can't quickly at a glance see job details like customer name, location and job booking type. Feels very unintuitive now. Changed all the able CSVs without advanced knowledge of the change, meaning any reporting in third party systems will need to be recreated.

DO NOT USE FIELDD!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! I spent hoursss exploring the trial and setting up my , only to be kicked out of my IN THE MIDDLE OF ME WORKING. I got some weird "Your has been disabled / secondary verification needed" error. This makes no sense as I already authenticated and confirmed my from their welcome/ verification email; AND I added my real mobile phone number in case of 2FA. So now I lost TIME and MONEY. 😡 Oh, and no weekend !

On the right track, but the app is frustrating when it demands phone numbers, etc, when a fast transaction doesn't include them. Doesn't seem that intuitive for me, so uninstalled.
