Started off amazing. Now, my planet (43) is stuck in season 4. Week 39 of 16, I believe. In game customer service is not working. The developer doesn't respond to emails. I'd be happy to change my rating to 5 stars if they would fix our season. I have played every day for more than a year and loved this game before this never ending season. Now our planet is dying and it is beyond frustrating.

The bridge building aspect is B.S. You do some bridge building, but it is repetitive and really has nothing to do with the main game play. The game has more to do with resource gathering, combat (NPC & PvP), and base / alliance building. It was entertaining for a while, but keeping up with all the tasks became a chore. Just skip this game if you really into bridge building games.

Firstly the game is nothing like the pictures here or the ads seen. I played for about an hour and a half before uninstalling and nearly the entire game is tutorials and just clicking where shown, there was almost no independence other than actually building the bridges (which I thought was going to be more architectural instead of...balloons and portals.) It's nearly unplayable when it tells you every single step that has to be taken.

Despite all the complaints I've seen, the game is actually quite good fun. It has cute tanks and lots of rewards. But customer service chat is not great. There is also no traffic management system (just read the description 🤣🤣) and everything is slightly over complicated, and a bit addictive. Still waiting for an answer to my email.....

Don't get sucked in. They never update. Just cycle the same thing until everyone gets tired and quits. The planet we are on have at most 15 active people.

This game is a bait and switch. Started out as a bridge building game. Then changed to a farm and Conquer game. Now it calls its self a puzzle game but still farm and Conquer. Dint get me wrong, it's fun. But is nonexistent, packages are over priced. And next month it could be masquerading a candy crush. The preview pictures shown above are a LIE! That is not the game!

I really don't like new updates, you have down all strategy and profiles. I was comfortable with previous version and i loved that. But yesterday i have updated the game and it has changed many things. Even what you thought and what you have its not enough now... I can't increase level of hero until i didn't complete breakthrough. And it was price very less, now they have make it much. Other things also, they have down the ability all heroes, troops. Sadly now i have to quit.
