Sept 2018 Update- They updated this app and it is now horrible and not friendly. It is now hard to distinguish between the different articles. But what is worse is that the app articles are now hyper sensitive. When you try to scroll down in an article it thinks you are swiping to the next article. I can't read any articles without this happening! I sent in a comment and have heard nothing. This app is no useless except to infuriate you. The app is nice to keep updated to be things in the area and nationally. However there are a couple bugs. 1. The app will provide a news notification, but when you click on it nothing happens and you can't read the actual news story. 2. After you read a breaking news story it often defaults to the weather news, much of which is very outdated. Strange. But overall I like the app.

I've had this app for a few months now. I use it mainly to watch the local live newscasts. Aside from that, the ads are getting out of control. News stories nationwide just flood my notifications, which is annoying. I'm mostly interested in what's happening locally.

Feels like you get more ads than news reports. Every time I open the app, I get greeted with an ad. Some are maybe 30 seconds without a skip ad button.

I'm looking for LOCAL news. Kold's content and coverage is good. However, it spams me with too many notifications of stories from other parts of the country that are overly sensationalized, which I prefer to read from other sources. *Please let me choose local stories only. *

It's nice to have a local news app, but there is way too much spam in this one. It seems to crash frequently on both of my phones, and I use two major cell networks. I think someone needs to check the spelling before you send out your articles as well.

Scrolling sensitivity on this app sucks. Almost every time I try to scroll down it scrolls to the previous or next article because it thinks I'm swiping right or left. And then by the time I get back to the article I am trying to read it forces an ad onto my screen.

This new version of the app is very slow, crashes often & takes forever to load. Once it's finally running, it takes forever to get to the top stories, sports or whatever. Slow and cumbersome!
