I really enjoy this game I'm 1000+ levels in and love the challenge of the hard levels. I also love the renovation side of the game. The only fault I can give which has only started happening in the last 2 weeks is when I'm part way through a level it will freeze and I can't do anything. I have to close the game down and restart it which is frustrating at times when I'm close to completing a hard level.

The only reason why I am giving two stars is because of the amount of coins "(900)" that you have to have in order to be able to continue the game once you lose... I think that is stupid and very unfair. Then you want us to spend our hard earned money to buy coins etc to continue the game?? Something is wrong with that picture it really is... However the game is fun but, not worth the money or amount of coins, so I will be uninstalling until that issue is fixed. Thank you!

I really like this game & have literally spent months & months on it, but it takes far too long to build up all 5 lives again! (Upto 2.5 hours)! Also you don't get many bonus reward rounds unless you purchase items, yet we're still swamped with adverts. Please find a better balance. Also the game tends to cheat you out of the correct reward ... naughty!!!

Good game but lvls too hard. I really enjoy it but I find levels bit too difficult right from the start. I've played other games like this and never had so much difficulty ing early levels and it's only gonna get harder. Takes me 2 days to get 1 or 2 stars.. and no ther events to win extra boosters etc. I'll play a bit longer and see how it goes if not I'll have to uninstall

I gave it 2 stars because I didn't want to be too critical since people put time into creating and deg the game, levels, story, etc. However, it got a low rating because of the ment, which prompted me to this app. Nowhere in the ment did it show that I would have to play this matching game that every other design game has you play to design the place. I love Hell's Kitchen, and I thought this would be different since it is connected to that show. Disappointed.

Even if you mute both the game audio and music, when the rival, Bill, comes in, his music plays. If you're listening to music or doing anything else with audio, you're suddenly overpowered by the cheesy "ominous" music, and there's nothing you can do but pause what you're listening to and skip the dialogue as fast as you can to make him leave.

This game has all the potential to be a great game. But, the gameplay and controls are awful. Also, the voiceover is annoying af. Several times during the game, I'd completed the puzzle within two moves and the game count that as a loss. In addition to that, I had to hit the buttons repeatedly to while decorating and playing puzzles which cost me many moves. I would try to make a winning move but it would veer in the opposite direction. This happened throughout the game. Frustrating, indeed.

I haven't had any problems with gameplay, but I haven't made it past decorating the lobby. The decor is UGLY! I hate decor games that look like the designers have 0 sense of style. This is LITERALLY the reason I deleted this game! I never made it past the lobby because I spent all my time trying different furniture combos trying to find stuff that looked good together. I LOVE Hell's Kitchen and I LOVE decorating! This game should've been a win. The design aspect is 50% of the game. FAIL!
