Great place if you like chicken. Crispy, fresh, and plenty of meat. Also has a section for dog lovers. Pet friendly but separate from the main lobby for those who do not want to mingle with dogs while eating. Definitely recommend this place.

The Slim Chicken app has trouble scanning receipts, and manual entry doesn’t work. After a large purchase, quickly helped me get my rewards, but they ignored my follow-up about the ongoing issue. Now, I get a notification that my rewards soon expires. This app is too much of a hassle, with rewards expiring too quickly. I’m uninstalling it and returning to their main competitor as my go-to chicken restaurant!

I'm a Golden ticket winner - slims for a year - I love slims but this app sucks. I've have to miss out on 4 weeks of my winnings because this app has decided to stop working. I've sent email for tech request and nada. No response. Wish we didn't have to use this app to redeem. Wish someone would write back or just fix the issue. 👎 Zero stars for the app.

I don't know if it's the app or the printer at just my local location but the receipt scanner never works. I always have to enter the receipt number manually. I have a *really* hard time reading the small, weird font the app uses for manual entry. It makes me wonder if it's purposely designed to discourage earning and use of rewards without online ordering.

The past two visits to a Slims restaurant and attempted to scan my receipt for rewards, the app says there are network errors and that I do not have an internet connection. But if I go to make an order, the app magically has an internet connection. If this company doesn't want people to enter for rewards, then drop the program, but don't screw me around!

The app was much better than expected. Lots of choices of main dishes, sides, spices, sauces & drinks. Easy to navigate, easy to make changes, choose to pick-up, curbside or delivery. I chose pick-up for the following day. It was put on the pick-up shelf as I walked in the door. Very nice & easy experience. It's now my favorite chicken place.

I don't know how this app has as high of a rating as it does. The app's navigation is inefficient and inconvenient. Each tab should keep track of its own state and contained pages; not send you to another page that doesn't include the main navigation element. Also, this app doesn't implement Google Pay, which seems pretty poor for 2024.

The food is really good but the app needs some work. I want to be able to have the option to select only entrees as well as meals. Not every time I go out to eat do I want a drink included and I definitely don't want to be forced to get one. The menu needs bigger images so u can see what the item looks like before I click into it. Other than that, it was easy to order and the service was fast.
