Can't navigate in the app after 11-2024 update. Nav bar at bottom is hiding behind phone's nav buttons (pixel 9). Notifications icon in top right is malformed and does not respond to touch. Scaling on whole screen is way off, it's like the app thinks my screen is larger than what it is.

The navigation buttons are literally underneath the bottom navigation bar's back, home, and overview buttons. It is impossible to use the app and it's clear not a single person ever tested this app before releasing it.

App used to be great but lately is SUPER buggy. After you and click "view all claims" you get kicked out and sent back to the screen on a loop

They can sadly do better. Between the app being slow, still can't look up pricing for things including prescriptions, something that's pretty obvious. And should give you options to directly somebody at the insurance company when you're having a problem. All those things are buried in the interface. The website is more useful than this app is. And it's sad because I bet they've dumped millions into this and this is all the better they can do.

The app keeps telling me invalid ID or , but on the website I have no problem usually, it's really frustrating

Just started using it with new employer's plan. Mostly seems fine so far, but annoyingly, the app speaks when I perform certain actions, even though I don't have any accessibility options enabled. When I , it says, " successful"; when I view my ID card, it says, "Displaying [my name] ID card, front image", and so on. I can't find any way to turn it off!

The app is mostly functional. But the provider search is lacking. There's no way to filter out a clinic you don't want to use. Because the search caps at 50 providers, you'll often only see one or two large community healproviders. (each provider is listed separately), instead of a more representative sample of the local probiders. It would also be nice to be able to filter by credentials and subspecialty.
