As a big world of darkness guy. I had a lot of fun with the game it has a stellar atmosphere , some crafty writing and standout characters . The story has its moments but was undercooked in some noticable ways and left me wanting more and not in the good way. I hated the time limit, a cheap attempt at replay value next time create a story where your choices matter.

Amazing text/story based rpg. Reminds me of the original Vampire The Masquerade games. Graphically, they have done an amazing job. I especially like the subtle animations within the scenes. Great job, developers! I look forward to the next one. *Update there is a big difference between the make and female characters. However, the two male characters' story sequences are too similar.

As a long-time player of VtM LARP, I am impressed and distressed at this game at the same time. While intriguing storyline is definitely there, and I haven't played all possible outcomes, this storyline is too short and outlandish. For example the breach of the Masquerade that happen in this game would have been felt in every major influence web. This game makes it seem easy to get away with anything. Let alone allowing another clan to keep your Fledgling is incomprehensible. I feel ripped off.

Plays more like an e-book than a game, with very little choice but lots of dialogue to read. Lovely artwork with a few visual hiccups, could use some more ambient tracks, but overall, ok. Feels a little railroad-y at most pivotal moments. Not a ton of choice for characters (Tor, Bru and Ven), and only one portrait per clan. Has a lot of potential, and even if the story drags from time to time, it's still very well written. Hope was a fun twist on an old trope.

Love the choose your adventure storyline, but it is way to short and main story line plays out automatically even if you don't do part of side quest and ending is always the same no matter your choice. Highly disappointing as big fan of Vampire the Masquerade. I have almost all the RPG books and a number of the novels. Also, if happen to die to bad choice your saved progress is wiped and have to start back from beginning, can not reload from saved point.

It being fairly new don't know if they will be adding more to it but did one route, finished it and...it was gone. Like never even did it. Ok...started another route and the storyline is Exactly the same. Choices...the same. Only difference was the setting you are turned [vampire] in, what the character looked like. Oh...and your choices of character are male, female or...male. Therefore, feel it gets pretty repetitive pretty fast.

It's all reading based like a game book. The storyline is very interesting and the translation is ok (european French). There is room for improvement in features but over all great. Perfect for player who love strategies and storytelling buthate combat.

decent storyline thus far plenty of typos and small imperfections are present. overall can't complain, however I can also state that I'm not particularly impressed either. Revisiting this review because it has been bothering me as to why this seems lacking. The best conclusion I have found is rooted in my years playing actual D20 paperback "rpg games" ... this is unfortunately just a read a choice selection facade of a game. This isn't "playing a character" it is forced direction masquerading
