Love the photo frames. We own several. Originally we we able to send 14 or less second videos, so we have one frame dedicated to videos. Since their update a year or more ago, that is no longer available. Despite multiple follow-ups, they still haven't fixed it or brought that option back. Really unhappy for that reason, otherwise they'd get 5 stars.

Frame stopped receiving photos. Used PS troubling shooting guide but everything checked OK. Restarted frame twice too. Issue must reside with PS! Frame can no longer receive photos although app on phone states it was "sent successfully."

had trouble getting it up and running because either it's not in your set up instructions or I missed it that I needed to for an android. but all in all I really like the frame.

We live far away from all of our kids and this photo frame has been a game changer! The app is easy to use and navigate. I purchased the same frame after receiving mine and enjoying it so much. Highly recommend.

Received it today and it was so easy to setup. Pictures are scrolling. I love it. Edit: 6 months into it and I still love it! Easy to add pics. Perfect gift to myself. Edit - 11/16/24 - it's a year later and I still love this purchase!!! I'm getting ready to get another one. Edit: 01/25/25 still going strong.

the app is good but periodically the Frame stops and I have to unplug and restart. love being able to see all my photos pop up from time to time.

Looks good so far. The initial setup was a little longer than I expected, but not too bad. I liked their Privacy statement and were actually readable and not too long. looking forward to getting started.
