The app is quite ok, has some usefull functions, including the background monitoring which is very useful. BUT ... recently I am unable to connect from my mobile phone to the camera anymore if I'm outside of my local network. It was working, but not working anymore: it's just staying on "Building an encrypted channel" ... My wife has the same issue also recently... Any hint why this started to happen ? LATER EDIT: After app. update from 25.nov, now it works again ! Thank you

Edit2: 1.2.3, clear the cache and even re-installed the app - the issue is still there and lullabies is interrupting for a second or two. Edit1: turning the timer on/off and changing the timer is working in general. The issue is that when you change it the lullabies is interrupted for about 1 second (1-2 seconds of silence and continues after that).

Great app fulfilling our needs together with the Philips Avent Monitor 👍 two features I'm missing: 1. Would be awesome if the "sound bar" that indicates sounds on the physical monitor could be implemented in the app as well. Great indication without needing to have the volume turned up on our phones. 2. Functionality to get a push notification when sound is detected. Would be cool if we could set the decibel level threshold for this push to happen as well! Overall a solid app!

I generally like the app but it does not allow a to be copied over from my mamager when logging into the . Not sure if that was intended as a security feature but it pushes me to use a that is less secure but easier to enter into the app. That'the opposite of secure!

Works as it should. Only downside is that there is no easy toggle for background monitoring. This option is hidden in the settings menu, while it should be easily accessible..

This app is nothing but problems it's unreliable and has so many bugs. Most recent issues is upon opening the app I'm at the greeting window, when I select the one monitor I have, to make it larger, and view other information (like temperature or what not) it simply sticks on the retrieving video stream... Other issues I've had with this app, it would freeze. Sometimes closing the app so it doesn't run in the background, wouldn't actually close it, requiring me to restart my phone.

Used to work fine, after the update it contiously disconnects or doesn't wants to connect. The dedicated monitor works fine and all other devices work fine as well, cannot be the wifi.

Not sure how this was possible but somehow the latest update further broke an already flawed app... Guess a UI refresh was the goal, not functionality. Connectivity over 4/5G broken, again... Lost connection warning is now a silent notification card (and with an App/device losing connection this often this is just irresponsible). Sound is muted at random, making you think all is ok while your baby is upstairs, crying... Amazing system and app if/when it works, hardly ever does unfortunately :(
