The first time using this app with my first born was great, this second time around is an absolute nightmare. I have deleted and reinstalled multiple times. Each time I go to it tells me, "uh oh, something went wrong." But don't worry, I still can get push notifications from the app telling me about their specials.

This app needs tech to fix the bugs in the system. When my son was first born, the app worked great. Once I got more pamper products to scan months later, the app kept popping up with an error occurring. Thinking that they may be updating the system, I disregarded the issue to come back to it a week later with the same problem. As I read other complaints and reviews, others are having the same results as me. I do not recommend the app unless fixed. ( "Uh-oh, something went wrong") 👎👎👎

Waste of time. This app and club used to be worth the time involved. They had gift cards to multiple storefronts & ability to scan multiple codes at once/back to back. I could get an Amazon card then order diapers digitally. It was great. Now the club rewards are coupons to only a few physical stores. You have to go to the store in person and get money off the total (which is nice but not as easy as it used to be). Daily scan limit is annoying as well.

Absolute trash. I opened it almost 3 years ago. The steady decline has been evident. Every. Single. Time. I try to it has to send a verification to my email bc my isn't good enough, I guess. I don't always get the email within the 5 minute allotted time so it expires and I have to do it over. Locked out after 3 tries. Customer service is no help. All that for some coupons? I already lost $18 worth I saved up the first time I was locked out. I lost track this second time.

Rated 1 star for their continued restriction on redeeming rewards. In the past, I was able to get $5 coupons for Amazon and use them pretty easily. Now, all the 5 and 10 dollar coupons are "out of stock" and even the 3 dollar coupon doesn't let you redeem on Amazon, only in-person at some retail stores. The app isn't worth the effort to keep scanning all these diaper packs just for a coupon I can't use at one of the largest consumer product websites.

I selected the $30 off reward, which both said it could be used at Amazon and showed an Amazon icon under the "Valid at:" label. However, when I clicked "redeem" the option to select Amazon was grayed out and clicking on it says "Retailer is not available." I ed customer service and they said this is a known issue, however nothing has been done to fix it. Amazon is still listed as an option but is unusable. Fix this now please.

BEWARE, Amazon isn't partnered with them and you can't use any of these codes there. Don't waste your time with this scam. They keep changing the rewards making it impossible to redeem. And then I redeemed a $10 code and Amazon isn't available and they wouldn't refund my credits. They're liars and con artists. ***Still no Amazon and they haven't even bothered to fix it so they can keep cheating you out of your rewards money***

I use the app very seldom, but the last several times I've tried to access it, I get an error stating, "The app is unavailable right now due to some technical issues". I wait a few hours and try again and it's the same thing. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled the app and it's the same issue. Very frustrating.
