games are fun, and who wouldn't want a chance to win millions! but this app uses a TON of resources, is slower loading than any of my other apps, and crashes often. If you completely wipe it from the device and reinstall, it will work pretty well for a few days, then you have to go through the uninstall/reinstall sequence again. Just clearing the cache/data won't do the trick.

New phone, so I can't blame the bugs on that anymore. About 2 or 3 times a week. On random locations or maps in the game. It shoots an error message stating "Couldn't not submit rewards for this destination. Please try again." This will persist until about 8pm local time when night world opens up. Currently this is happening on the cruise ship destination.

Terrible. Locks up my phone or slows it down to a crawl. My phone is no slouch either. Numerous other demanding apps on my phone do fine. The so-called "no thanks" to opt out of viewing an ad after playing a game is usually ignored, and the ad video is played anyway. Clicking on the x to close the ad after a set time is sporadic. It usually either does nothing or takes you to web product web site. PCH+ then needs to be re-opened with an annoyingly long delay without storing the game progress.

This app is almost completely unplayable on mobile. My phone is only a couple years old and had no problem running ANYTHING else, but this app lags and shuts down all the time. 90% of the time I can't get the points for my entries because the ads stop playing and then the whole thing crashes and I lose progress. Sometimes I get to finish the ad but then it crashes trying to load the game after.

The app is too big. The PCH app takes up only 262 MB where the PCH+ app uses 2.2 GB. It's also slow and clunky and will lock up frequently. Yesterday I uninstalled them reinstalled the app. Prior to that, it was using around 4 GB of my phone's memory. I think the app needs reworked. If they want us to watch these paid ments, a thirty second commercial should be smooth and not take a minute to get to the end. My time is precious and limited for playing online games.

For whatever reason, any time on any device that I play this app, it will restart right after an ad starts, and I'll either lose my 200 bonus entries or when I go to max out my entries, I'll get stuck with my lesser amount of entries because the app will refresh or start over the second the ad starts or shortly after. It's really frustrating because it happens almost every single time I claim anything. My wifi signal is strong, and I've played it while connected to other's wifi, still happens.

I stopped playing the little games, you know the ones where you get token and entry's, because they cheat. I watched them cheat. its like the computer is set up to only let you do good for so long and then it'll keep you from doing good for who knows how long. then you're doing good again for a short while. it es me off. I dont need the stress of that on top of never winning anything ever. been playing for about 18 years now. waste of time.

One star for one simple reason: It doesn't work. I've tried with two different Motorola phones over the course of more than a year, deleted, reinstalled, latest updates, etc. I get a network error message immediately at startup almost every time. Fix the app already so it works on all phones. The regular PCH app works just fine.
