Probably the best fast food app out there: it doesn't lag forever or crash constantly. AND you can track delivery orders (go to your email & click on "Track My Order"). My only complaint is that it's often unclear what you can change because there aren't different colors or anything. For example, the "order type" default is "in-store pickup." You can click on it to change to delivery, curbside, or drive-thru, but it's easy to miss because it's not obvious that the text is clickable.

Every time you try to to the app it just sits there on the freaking chicken head screen. And maybe after 2 or 3 minutes the app will start up. But when you try to do something within the app nothing happens. Fix the glitchy mess that is the PDQ app!

I am a veteran so this is the only chicken place I frequent. The vet. deals are great. All the workers are always friendly and helpful. App. deals are sometimes not otherwise available. Get the app. and get texts and emails with specials.

Great! I couldn't put a Reward (3 tenders) on my online order, but the Manager help me, ask if I want the reward now...and her took care of that for me! Alot better experience, this time. I received my online order Fast, 2 minutes earlier than the app show and there was a lunch rush! GO BUCS!

Just use the drive thru: it's faster. They make you park and come into the store to pick up your order: even though I got here on time (6 minutes from ordering) it's been an extra ten on top waiting on it while the drive through gets priority: the point of mobile ordering is supposed to be convenience. There's no reason they can't just give you your mobile ordered food for pickup in the drive through but it's policy. Also, app requires you to opt into all their emails to : annoying.

I love PDQs food, but never paid attention to the rewards program. I didn't realize I had previously created an with them for rewards, so I hadn't been earning points on my recent orders. After figuring out how to submit my recent receipts for rewards reimbursement in the app, I discovered the unfortunate and absolute HASSLE that is their "missed points" submission process. Even Taco Bell's app let's you just scan the barcode on their receipt and BOOM you instantly get your rewards. 👎🏻

I liked the app. I didn't even know pdq was a restaurant or even a thing into about a couple months ago, but unfortunately the just closed the winston salem nc location down. I've eaten there twice. The food is great. I had no issues submitting my missing points through the app. It wasn't really a hassle, it just took then a few weeks to post the points to my . No biggie
