The app only allows you to a maximum of 8 fans. It does not make sense to manage the other fans under another when you reach the maximum. Imagine you need to log out and again. The app should also include information like MAC and IP address of the connected devices for better device management within the network. Suggest referring to lighting app WiZ.

This app isn't reliable, always crashes, doesn't connect to the network consistently and worst part is there is no integration to Amy other ecosystem. The WiFi functionality of these fans are unusable.

Terrible app. Slow and sluggish. You should combine it with comfort cloud instead of create another standalone app. It's already IoT era, add to ZigBee or zwave.

Barely works, fidgety connection, extremely slow, I'll increase fan speed, and fan speed will increase 5 - 6 seconds later. Looses connection every few minutes, thought maybe it's my Internet, no, every other remote app on the same WiFi SSID works fine, except this one. This app is very poorly made, and on a RM1K fan? No ability to connect with Google assist? But Panasonic Comfort Cloud is? The developers are just lazy and Panasonic should burry their heads in shame for allowing such rubbish.

Useless app by Panasonic. Not functioning after update. Update: Unable to use the app after ed. Received a message 'Your sign in was cancelled'.

Its just connected successfully for 1st time after configuration, then depend on the apps when it want let me connect to fan. Most of time unable to connect to wifi and unableto connect😑
