When it works, its great. I have an Android and sometimes it goes to the settings page and gets stuck there while I'm in the middle of a delivery. I can't go off duty. I can't do anything other than send technical which goes into the ether because technical never gets it. Even after closing, it still goes to same page. I can only Uninstall/reinstall then on the system has to send me new activation key until it happens again. IPhone s no problems. Very unhappy.

Keeps turning off on duty over and over again and won't save any overrides. It is giving a false time because of this problem. Plus it's not optimizing the routs correctly making me have to use another app (circuit )to route in a more optimized fashion . would be nice to have an optimize route button like all the other routing apps. make it to where it's not putting the stops back in the to do list after I've already done them . I have to reject them because of this annoying problem

This app works so well, me and my partner have been using it for our company deliveries and have not found a better software. Used in conjuction with the website online you can really make a business run smooth. We did use another app but the timing was so terrible, it was never accurate. However this app is accurate, and sometimes we end up finishing ealier! You definitely need to be somewhat computer literate for the website as there are alot of components, but its as easy as can be otherwise.

I use this ap every week, I have to enable motion in the settings and I feel like the ap records my every movement, vocal, and anything else going on in my car. It tracks gps and while I don't think it gives the most efficient route as promised, it gets me where I have to go.

Design improvement request: When in horizontal, the Order Details and Proof of Delivery screen is unwieldy; in Proof I can't get to the complete button and slider without scrolling down, and on the details side the map taking up half the screen makes buttons tiny. Thank you!

Lousy Algorithm. Multiple error. Keep me going in circles. After 10 stop in one step mall then 12 then back to the same strip mall. Some of the stop is just across the street but make me stop for 5 then back to the same location. Don't have overview map of the whole route.

This app requires 27/4/365 access to your location **even when you're not "on duty"**. I asked about this & as predicted got some BS answer ~"we don't track you when you're not on duty" which I have no way to . If you're ok with all that then this may be the app for you! You should also research what happens to a society that loses all privacy cuz that's where companies like this are taking us. "This hand basket is so comfy & convenient. I'll take it anywhere!" Yea, thx, dum dum.

Not a horrible app, but can definitely glitch out more than necessary. It's simple to use but with its quirks of ocassionally crashing/mot loading a route, it really drags down the rating.
