In short: Buggy and could be a lot better. 1. Bug: Synchronization between phone and watch is not reliable. It should be. And it should do it once a day at least, without me triggering it manually. 2. Bug: Not all data is synchronized. In my case since the last update, the sleep data is not synchronized. 3. Bug reporting doesn't work. I reported the bug but no reaction. 4. Bug the hearthrate is not updating in the clock view. And these are only the bugs, can't even go into missing features.

Awful! I have tried a million times putting the phone on and off all in vain. The connection keeps dropping every 2 seconds which means I can't access the app menu. I've tried everything the phone is instructing me to do to no avail. I'm extremely disappointed with this device especially because I just bought it a while ago and it won't work. How do I fix this mess? It's so frustrating. Thanks!

this is a review of this app in conjunction with the BLP 1800cm model watch. truly awful. Bluetooth connection between the phone and watch is constantly dropping. set up is horrendous and i am yet to get any information from the watch to the phone. i am about to give up and throw the watch into the back of a drawer and chalk it down as a wasted purchase. without prooer app the watch is utterly useless

app is working for me but everytime i charge my phone i get notifications every at least 10 seconds on my watch(blp5350) that my phone is charging and its so annoying. However everything else seems to work just fine.

When I deny this app to reroute calls from phone to this app ,the app becomes useless for receiving notifications and disconnects everything even counting steps .bad move on my part for getting this piece of junk.
