This app has the absolute worst lag of any restaurant app. I never experience the severe lag with any other app that I experience with this one, even with updates. It can take well over 20 minutes just to get the order put in because you'll press an option on the screen and wait for it to catch up. You better not press anything else while you wait, because it IS ing what you press (usually), it's just not on the screen. It's a great pizza place, fantastic food, but the app is AWFUL

Worst performance of any app since dial up :/ Unbelievable slow. Took me 35 mins to make order of just 2 pizzas, and to add a payment method took way too long. You'll have to be extremely patient and push each selection and wait for response. Touch your selection again and you'll be selecting again. There is no soft key movement to let you know you even touched your selection. You'll just have to trust and wait, then after a very long pause, you'll see the app is thinking about your selection..

This app is so glitchy it's almost impossible to order. Load time takes forever, and sometimes when you , even when you have saved payment methods, it makes you re enter them. Which also takes forever. It, on average, takes about 30 minutes to order 2 pizzas and a side and another 10 to pay. I really hope they get this fixed!

The app is horrible. It takes at least 30 seconds to anything I press. I tried on multiple occasions and it does this every time. Last time I gave up and ordered in store. This time, when I was trying to input payment at checkout, someone that was with me that uses apple was able to create an , place the exact same order and pay before I could even finish putting in my CC #.

The app is extremely slow. It took me almost an hour to place an order for only two pizzas and kept having a message pop up saying "The app is not responding." I like the pizza tho. Edit: By the time I finally completed my order, it had actually been about 2 hours, and my phone battery went from 48% to 21%. That's just insane. Fix this.

I've never had a problem with the food, it turns out great every time. However, the app itself is terribly unoptimized. It takes forever to load, around 10 seconds to any tap of my fingers, and when it does finally if you happened to tap the same thing more than once during that time it will perform the same action however many times you tapped. If the pizza wasn't so dang good I would literally never use this app, it's very unfriendly.

Update:Wow. A year later. App still unusable. Wife ordered from website before I could even get to the pizza selection screen. And then didn't have what is d. Update: Doesn't crash, but unusable. Ended up just going inside. The order/menu screen is covered in which location you choose and warnings, "must cook food", "some products may not be available due to supply problems ", etc. It leaves only 1 inch of scrollable space to order. Keep trying..

I love Papa Murphys. I HATE this app. It took TWO HOURS to order a pickup order. The app kept freezing and closing and it absolutely KILLED my phone battery. I started the order with 100%, by the time I managed to finally finish my order, my phone was at 47%!! It was extremely hot where I could barely touch it. My phone is in great condition and I don't have any problems with any other apps. This app is GARBAGE and I'm going to just call and order that way. DO NOT THIS APP.
