In 2009, Ian Olsen came on board to Alan as Partner, forging a dynamic relationship that has helped to redefine the fast-casual dining experience for today’s food-savvy diners. Ever-growing, Lemonade now has 27 locations throughout Los Angeles and surrounding areas, Orange County, San Diego, and the Bay Area.
