Unable to to app with my . Keeps stating to connect to wifi even though I am. Website not any better. After adding items to cart, I cannot checkout. There is no button. App/site poorly developed. I work with better developers who do better work then this. At least they would have tested on all browsers, platforms, and most combinations of security software installed on mobile devices. Got excellent service from the local store @ Lemon Grove, CA. They worked very hard to help us.

3% "convenience fee" Is absolutely ridiculous, especially since most food chains don't charge that. It's especially atrocious because the app is so unstable. For example I just put in an order with two items, it only charged me for one and the receipt at the other end still said "one of two" And I had to put in another order. Terrible fee, terrible app.

The old app was great... The update sucks. It's slow as hell, all of my saved favorites are gone?! There is now a service fee for pickup?! I get there being a fee for delivery but I'm picking it up myself... And the Jamba I was ordering at has a drive thru, and there is an option for drive thru but when I tried to select Drive-thru it says it's not available?!? (Also curbside was not available either!?) I much preferred the Old Interface.

I'm giving the app a 2 star because the only way to find the rewards to scan your receipt is if you click order now and then you'll see the option at the bottom. The app needs to have it easier because it took me a bit to find that option. Shouldn't have to do it that way to find it. It used to be easy to just scan the barcode on the receipt, because you saw the option right away, now it changed.

App has become very unstable and slow recently. Just now it would take multiple seconds to respond to screen presses, and that was after a restart of the phone because it got stuck in a state where the location selection UI got stuck in a refresh loop that couldn't be fixed by restarting the app. I never had issues before this, so it's a major quality miss in the app version

Latest update made app almost completely unusable. When I finally do get logged in (have to keep changing the cause it won't hold), the only thing you can do is order online, no option to see points or rewards, no barcode to scan when paying for an order in the store, nothing. This app is trash now.

App constantly not working properly. It took months for this app to sync my with other merchants s for rewards. Now it won't log me in as it has not allowed me to in the past. My works on the website but I can only process rewards through the app which again isn't working. The problems with the app isn't worth the rewards or shopping on.

Terrible app update. App is slow, unresponsive, and doesn't load properly. The ordering system used to be fine and friendly enough but this is a bad update and shouldn't have been shipped.
