it would be decent, If it actually worked, which is less than 50% of the time. the tracking function frequently fails to locate the watch and messaging/calling often fails to work too. I've been through several back and forths with their team trying to fix these issues but they always come back. Now the app has a bug and won't open at all. They really need to sort this out as it's a subscription service that's totally unreliable.

App insists my son's watch needs an update while the watch insists it doesn't. Watch insists it's connected to wifi while the app insists it isn't. Games are slow and laggy. Texts take several minutes to go through and calls just don't go through at all. Won't let me my phone number, doesn't send verification texts. Throwing his location across town while the watch is in my hand. We've only had it for a couple hours trying to figure it out so let's see what else it can't do

Latest update puts 3 app icons (!) in the drawer, all of them crash, so effectively lost the ability to communicate with my kids. Please fix

Can't completely control (or shutdown) like other kids' smart watches. No video calls. Can't delete texts. Can't call friends who don't have a NickWatch. Poor UI. Full of bugs.

Bought as a gift for my Nephew and he's loving every second of it. App feels spot on and really intuitive.

Crashes , there is words written over words. One sim attached to celcom, other to partner. Not the same quality. I have 2 watches. Currently wouldnt reccomend
