App often does not recognise my Uniti Atom and has to restarted several times to get it to work. Once working it works well with USB media and the naim radio stations. Tidal is generally good but for no reason the app has decided to limit the number of playlists visible via the app. All software firmware is up to date so no real explanation

I've spent many £thousands on Naim units over the years. They sound fab, but the app has always been a disaster. There has been sooo many issues over the years and considering the cost of the devices, I just cant understand how Naim can put out such a poor quality offering! I connect everything with ethernet (I gave up in frustration with Naim over wifi years ago). The Android app is now refusing to show cds from my core at all. I've reinstalled and its still the same. Utterly hopeless 😔

Latest update has Spotify playback and AirPlay cast issue. Content plays on the application but there no audio output from the speaker. Upon touching the physical dial button of the Mu-so, tracks start to switch on to the one in the playlist. Kindly check and resolve please.

Am not able to stream Apple Music from my android Samsung S20 FE 5G to my NAIM Audio Atom amplifier. Works with Spotify though. Update: Apple Music just doesn't seem to work over Wi-Fi and Chromecast with any Naim unit if using an android phone. Airplay and apple devices don't experience this issue. In two minds whether to cancel apple music subscription or return atom.

Why have you moved the standby setting to 2 clicks away? Fine where it was now is an incovenience. This is on android. Please take a look at the Yamaha AV controller app. Works without issue. Naim App is not fit for purpose. Please update or develop an app that works seamlessly. App continually freezes in multiroom mode. The majority of internet radio stations show song and artist. Why are these not streamed when using Radio 6 Music & 6 music HD.

Ehhh? What, well the ux is getting better but still not particularly good. Why not just copy the big players like Spotify and Tidal? But now the biggest problem is that you removed a lot of settings. I disabled an input source in the old app and now I want to enable it again. But that's apparently not an option any more. So now I can't use all inputs on my device. Well after so many years I should have known better then to be excited about anything Naim does. My advice; Don't buy their products.

Very bad app with no improvements for my Naim streamer for years. Using it with Tidal is a nightmare. Track radio only available from my collection and not from anywhere else. And today the app started to crash when trying to acces my collection tracks. Before I used a Cambridge Audio streamer and it was much better. Shame on you Naim!

Updated in 2024 after 5 years of use. Rating drop from 3 to 2 stars. interface, design and stability of Naim application do not match the Naim brand, hardware or pricing position. App is usable but leaves the Naim owner expecting & wanting more. Way too slow, lots of bugs and so on. There are lots of updates, but none that truly matter to me as Naim .
