I have bought subscription boxes from this company for a couple of years now and really enjoy the items they offer. The app has allowed me to more easily see what their store has to offer and allow me to buy single items outside of my boxes. The shipping is the most shocking part, though, and can cost as much as the price of the item... which makes it less worth it sometimes. It's still worth a good look, and I always recommend the subscriptions.

UPDATE: customer service is really kind, but it takes a little long to get help -- at least, if you're having cart or order issues, you really need help right away before an order ships or before an item sells out, for example. Waiting even a day is just too long, i wish they had live chat . i love the products, but the cart is super buggy. Please fix it, because i love your store 🙏 😔

So far it's a good app, easier to read & understand than the website, but the touch navigation is far too sensitive. It's thinking I want to refresh the page instead of scroll back up, slide over to the left or right category instead of just my finger drifting slightly as I scroll & read around my finger. It's a bit tiresome to try and get back where I was without being sure how I got there. I do wish, & understand it may be coming in an update, that the wishlist & order history were there. 🙏

App is okay I've noticed that there are some things listed on japan haul that do not show up on this app. Dishes don't typically have if they are microwave or dishwasher safe listed on their page which annoys me as there has been a tea cup that said not to use hot liquids before so I dont trust it in the dishwasher. The categories can also be weird with some items not showing under their original categories if they are on sale and are only listed under the sale category. Also constantly crashes.

Shipping is stupid expensive, literally if your items don't qualify for free shipping don't even bother. You're gonna pay almost as much as your items cost to get it to you.

This app and company has so much potential! I'm definitely considering ordering and was trialing it out. Got to the checkout added voucher, seemed to work. Left my phone for. Bit and look again and now it says failed to calculate. When I hit rety, it doesn't work :(. Tried closing and opening the app but nothing worked. Please help!

No customer service with this app. I have ordered a box because I use to get their snack boxes, so far the order has yet to arrive and no one replies back to my emails. It is not cheap so this is a pain. The app itself isn't that good in search capabilities nor listing ingredients and nutrition. The app times out and doesn't completely load most of the time. Feel like an intern built it.
