I would love a better experience on this app. I could not control crop/zoom as easily I could on other apps. The payment puece was another huge drag (none of their discounts actually work. You will get the same value but you will find a struck-out value saying that's what the original value should have been. Bad marketing shtick. Also would not take google pay even though the option says google pay). I wanted to create a photobook too but now, I am already searching for other option.

Their cropping/edit options are extremely limited. If I wanted a wide shot, a whole body picture, I couldn't because it zooms in too much and I end up with headshots only. If I want a wide picture, it doesn't edit out background like other people or I have to edit so I lose part of the person I am trying to capture. If they had crop option like on phones, they would get more customers. I wanted to buy more tiles but it keeps cropping off parts I want to keep or leaves parts I don't want.

I absolutely LOVE Mixtiles. So easy to use with no mess. Customer service is always so fast to reply to any questions I may have. For example, I'm about to move and didn't know how I could move my Mixtiles without them getting messed up, I was informed that by putting wax paper in between them would help move them easily without them getting damaged. Who's got time to hang a picture when you can just simply stick it on the wall? I'm hooked.

Just received and hung up my mixtiles, love them! Stuck to a pre-cleaned surface perfectly. Easy to adjust. Great picture quality. Light weight which is perfect! Took so little time to set up. ❤️ App was easy to use, plenty of cute options for frames. Cost is reasonable. Delivered a week from order. 10/10 experience!

The app doesn't let me with my . I have a large order on a different web browser, but I can't view my order on the app. Consequently, I've created smaller order from photos on my phone shared to the app, but still have the larger order under my on the web browser PC. I feel like I'm missing out on potential bundle discounts. Also, the app has difficulty syncing with share requests from other photo apps. I had to force stop the Mixtiles app in order for shared photos to work.

This is our second order with mixtiles. Looking to fill a wall across time. Yes can be a little pricey up front but I highly reccomend it! They are great quality and can restick over and over. Come packaged excellently and quick shipping. Give it a try then wait around for discount codes to come to your email and easily worth it even more so then. Fantastic company.

These are just what I've been looking for...a way to hang my photos without damaging my walls. I've been doing photography for over 40 years & I was very impressed with the quality & customer service. Emails were answered in a matter of hours, not days & they follow up to ensure your satisfaction. I had a problem with the way 2 photos were formatted (probably my error) and they immediately gave me a coupon code to replace them with free shipping. I wish there were more size choices!
