I find it a bit clunky to use. I am very happy with the strong s. I am thrilled the device is a watch and hard for a kid to just set somewhere like other phones. Many reviews of the watch talk about it being difficult to charge. I find I need to connect the charger, wait 10 seconds, check if the light changed. It doesn't change right away, but if it has not changed after 10 seconds it is not connected correctly. However, a better connection would be an improvement.

I've been using Spacetalk for almost two years now. Overall I highly recommend it to parents that don't want to give their kids phones, but still want to be able to reach them. My biggest complaint is sometimes the tracking just won't load. It will say the watch isn't responding, or it will spin forever and never say anything. I have to close the app and restart it, and most the time that doesn't even work. My child has complained of it being slow, not loading & being difficult to text with.

Where do I start? It's a great concept. It's the execution that's terrible. Watch itself isn't bad. Glitchy software interface for the app. Location barely works. And you need a gsm sim card monthly subscription from your telephone company plus you need to purchase their monthly contract to use the software. And I would be ok with all of this if their app wasn't so bad. It honestly borders on embarrassing. And I'm being nice by this assessment.

I love the idea of this watch and its very useful but has some frustrating issues: •Slow to update location and its not very precise •I get random updates at odd hours when no one is wearing the watch e.g notification that the watch has been taken off at 4am. •I had trouble logging in and recharging. It took like 2 days to resolve & customer service was extremely unhelpful tbh.

The safe zone alert comes based on the frequency you set formlocation update. While you don't need every 5 mins location updatebyou can set 1 hr freq, but that means even if the child leaves safe zone or enters, the alert will come on designated time, which can be too late to react. The safe zone alert should be irrespective of the frequency of location update set in the app.

Pretty good but map updates and timing around zone alerts aren't very reliable, especially recently. Sometimes multiple alerts from the day coming through in bulk at weird times (e.g. At night well after school transit hours). Good battery life tho and clear phone comms

I am really pleased with the app and its functionality. It is straightforward and gives me a great sense of peace of mind, knowing that my son has the independence he needs while staying safe. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to other parents who are looking for a similar solution.

This watch and app WAS amazing. Since the update the watch turns on but won't connect to the app and it may aswell not be worn cause it won't work. Please bring back the old app, that was worthy of 5 stars. Update. The watch had a problem which Spacetalk fixed for us. I did have to call the centre twice cause the app wasn't easy to figure out how to reset up but the service team were super patient and helpful. Just need to make that app more friendly again.
