It's a fun game, BUT DO NOT make any in-game purchases!!! They will take your money and not give you the purchase. I have tried multiple times to them to get my money back, but they make it almost impossible to report it.

After changing from gossip to fever I lost everything. Had over 1 thousand gems, hundreds of boosters, and spent over $200.00 on golden . I can't figure out why it didn't link to my . I've sent e mail but heard nothing back. This would get 5 star but it sent me clear back to the first level. I even had auto heaters and beds on koyto and another one.

I have been playing this game for a while now. Was fun until patients started to get stuck and wouldn't go to bed at ? Instead would just stand there with arms out. I reported with screenshots to customer service and no resolve. A lot of players had same issue. Edit..issue been fixed. Changed rating to 4 stars

I have been playing this game for quite sometime. I got stuck on one level for 2 months. All of the bonuses like improved speed, coins per use, are full. Most of the time I am unable to buy gems. The higher levels are way too difficult to . eg. 1800 coins I until recently was unable to do the daily spin for boosts such as Freezing time.

After a certain level they require you to get 720 coins in 2:20 so unless you want to buy diamonds or coins with real money, or have all your doctors upgraded you can't beat it. Sometimes I wish these developers weren't so money hungry.

I loveee this game been playing it for days . This game has the best payout for winning rounds so that you can actually stay ahead with the doctors rising difficulty levels and everything else here's a great tip to stay ahead always update ur nurse speed and trey 1st and the income levels and you'll be fine . Thanks so much for fixing the bugs it took only a few days for the developers to fix the bugs and they give prizes for lost time . I'll say it again i Love this game !!!!

Been stuck in endless mode for months! They can't seem to work in developing new levels. Would be a fun game if they would stop adding new things (are also not fully functional) and focus on completing what they already developed. Boring to play what you've already played for months in end.

This used to be my favorite game but for the past 2 months there have been too many glitches that have made me lose powerups and impossible to clear the level. I try to reportthem but it says I need to allow permissions which I've only got phone permissions as an option and it's already on. I can't share the snapshots I've taken for this reason. Fix this please!!!! Today I updated the game and now my information desk gets sick and I can't move anyone in or out so they leave. Also steam room.
