I don't think I've ever seen worse e-commerce app. I'm using it for over 2 years and it is not getting any better. Bugs are never fixed. The constant thrill whether this time it will work or the order will fail again on any of the steps. And it can fail in a way that I cannot retry for days, because the ends in some error state. Fails happen like 20% of times. Is the app made by elementary school students during some unpaid workshop, so McDonald's can save money? Utter garbage.

I've lost 500 over points when i redeem the free delivery. But no ways to use it. There is no option to use that offer at all and it expired. Everyone will know how long it takes to aquire that number of points. And quite recently, the app keeps loading and loading. And unable to use the app. This is happening very frequently. Been trying to open the app since 11pm. And kts 04:32am now. And still cant able to open the app. Its still loading. Hoping for better changes and better deals.

From Indonesia (update 08 Sep): since the app upgraded to the newer version, I still can't install the application to some of my devices. It's strange. Even using Android 12 device (bootloader locked, no-root), I still cannot use the application. Using Wifi or mobile network, no luck. I tried to change the PlayStore ID also didn't work. And it seems the developer don't care with the bad ratings. I will give half star if possible. Or even worst, negative five stars.

I'd give it 0 stars if it was possible. This is not an issue of McDonald's itself but the app. I got the app, wanted to get my free burger, but due to technical issues (on their side) I couldn't claim it. Got an email back after I ed them, so they basically said that they can't help me out with a meal. If this is how it starts, I do not wish anyone to face the issues that's ahead later on. Sure it was for free, but it seems more like a scam if you ask me. Good luck to whoever reads this.

Just constant errors. When opening the app, 1/10 times, error. When logging in after it signs you out for no reason, 1/10 times, error. When redeeming a code, half the time you'll get an error. And if you're using a monopoly reward, it'll just eat your code, removing it from your deals and you won't be able to reopen it. So no free food for you.

Fixed the screensize issue i had before but bow another issue...as and when stuck at loading page. Loading getting slow and slower. One day only can redee. Once but the apps didnt stop the . When already make a redeem the apps didnt stop from claiming point. Lucky i always check the nets machine for amount before making payment. What kind of scam feature is hide in this app.🤬🤬

Worst app. I order for drive-thru using this app, and I didn't aware that location of McDonald for that order is 50km from me. Not the one that I made order on. It is impossible for me to go so far to get the food, end up that I have to make another order again. The cashier told me the order point to other location can't be refund or cancelled even though it is a drive thru order which McDonald only processes the order when you reach. What a nice 100% profit for a worst ordering system!

I was very satisfied with it's services at first but since yesterday I've been receiving this error message whenever I tried to redeem an offer it just say to update to the newest version however there are no updates available. One solution I saw online was to log out and l but to my grim surprise it wouldn't even let me put my email as whenever I pressed enter a message would display "error please update to the newest version" now I've lost my with over 300 points overall PISSED.
