After using Hitsmobile for about 10 years, without problems, they have been taken over by Masmovil. A few months later, my packages haven't been renewed, even they notified me by sms that they would do so! Mobile Internet stopped working and calling has been charged by minutes. While the app from Hits offered packages within a few clicks, it's a pain in the a..., to obtain a package with Masmovil. Since this is now costing more than it should be, I'm probably going to switch to another provider.

Horrible app. It is necessary to re-insert name and *each time* you open the app, there's no way to your credentials. The app itself is just a viewer of the MasMovil webpage. As such, it is also extremely slow, as the webpage (it usually takes 1-2 minutes to show your allowance/data consumption, for instance).

Very Bad Service for foreigners I dont recommend the service provider and application. Always some issues, incase any problem you need to deal with people who don't know english. You can left alone without signal, internet etc with no warning. They don't even fix their own problems which is not related with customer and they can say you need to wait couple of days for solution which is not acceptable any part of the world. update: allready tried 2373 still from 01.11.24 line is off.

Can't via the app. A developer previously commented that you could, but it's simply false. There is no option to via the app as of version v20.13.4. You are not able to make any plan changes via the app. You can't even see what service you have which is a basic feature, but you can add a new line via the app. MasMovil, don't try to up sell me in an app that doesn't provide basic functionality.

this app has been so unreliable for so long, I am unable to track usage, top up etc because of the error messages. if it was only a few days it would be one thing but the problems remain unresolved for weeks.1 star is actually 1 too many 8/6 app now partly functioning, can see balance and usage. However still unable to "recargar" - error messages.
