Man Flow Yoga deserves 5 stars, unfortunately this app doesn't, now upped to 4 *. Update on casting issues: these have now been resolved thanks to the helpful and responsive team. However reminders are limited value as they don't take you to the video you set the reminder on, just to the homescreen and they remind you twice, 12 hours before. Setting off I can get app improvements next ...

I've been exercising with MFY for a while. The instruction and programs are top notch. When this new app became available, the experience really improved. The app streams effortlessly to my TV. It syncs well to the website. Sidenote: belonging to the MFY is a great experience. The member group on Facebook is incredibly ive and helpful (and zero toxicity)

There is a TON of individual sessions and pre-planned programs to follow. Various levels of intensity. The "how to", with options, are clearly explained. Tracking sheets and workout calendar are easy to use. Website/app is easy to navigate. hip community is fantastic!

I've practiced yoga for about 25 years but this is by far the best yoga I have ever tried. The workouts are very strength based and open you up much more than traditional yoga. It works much quicker too. Dean is also the best teacher I have ever come across. His instructions about correct technique are superb. Since doing man flow yoga I realise I'd been doing most of the postures incorrectly all these years. The app is fantastic and very easy to navigate. Highly recommended

I'm enjoying it.I have been doing it since January on the advice of my physio he told me to try yoga for flexibility. I started with a different coach, and then I stumbled on man flow yoga, and what a difference. I am 78. And what I've found great is the way that Dean explains everything in easy to understand language. The difference in 3 to 4 months is great. I'm a lot more flexible, and my pyiso is my strength as improved. I am really enjoying the yoga and the changes in me. Thanks Dean

The programs are not bad, but there aren't many long stretches. On top of that, some of us need deep stretches that hold a spot for some time. Some of us like relaxing music that helps us relax mentally. It's not a bad start, but I can't stick with this one. While I'm still trying to get into position, I have like a few seconds before the switch. "One last breath". Dude, like slow down. Was going to give it 3 stars, but $30 for this is a bit outrageous, and they're too short to be called yoga.

I've been using the app since it's launch earlier this year and it's been a seemless transition from the website to a more mobile practice. No longer is my computer area my yoga area. Now i can find a more comfortable place than beside my desk for my yoga practice. It has all the same videos and can access the full areas.

Very buggy appkn android. Frequently having issues casting to other smart devices and more recently it keeps not finding any of the videos or workouts I've saved making me search for them each time.
