I have used the app 30 times and when it swaps to 'Bluetooth connect' on the FIRST PAGE, it connects but won't let me the first page. I did a hard reset on my zone 100's, i re ed this app, ive tried forgetting Bluetooth and re syncing from the app page but cant get past the very first page. Can't get past the first screen. What a joke of an app. Maybe this is why your stock has gone done almost 20% this year. You aren't prioritizing customers. What a shame.

Crashes anytime I access the button settings. You can only assign two sound options (transparent, normal, office noise cancelation, plane/train noise cancelation) and transparent is always one of the options. Go from an office outside? You then need to open the app to access normal heading mode.. I was upgraded to the Logi True after my Jaybird Vistas died. If this is the upgrade claimed the Logi app and headphones are a far cry from what Jaybird previously offered.

Zone vibe 100 and Wireless I bought 2 headsets to test and both wont connect with Bluetooth. Pc or playstore it doesn't matter. The only time it worked was with the wireless usb-c dongel but thats just bad that i need a usb-c dongel on mobile

Not able to connect my zone 100. The app doesn't recognize the headphones even after being connected and working properly. Face the same issue with the windows version of the app.

App can't find my Zone Wireless 2 headphones. I have a galaxy flip 5. No matter how hard I try, the app doesn't recognize that I have the headphones connected

Never detect ed headphone. My zone vibe 100 is 1 of the 100 headphones listed in the app. But the app wouldnt detech my vibe 100 and only displaying the "Connect headset" button which direct to Bluetooth setting.... And my vibe 100 is connected....
