I have to use this app for work. It's poorly configured at best. The redundant process of issue reporting is insane. A customer gets ahold of the call center, the call center then assigns a work order, then informs the maintenance team in email, text, and call! That's all on top of the work order that was received. And why can't I see MY side of a text conversion through the app? I can communicate with customers, but I am unable to see anything that I've sent. Can't believe that we pay for this.

App is great!! some constructive criticism Notifications sometimes can't be removed When you miss a call (bug) Would be good if app can be in Spanish too When you delete a issue on you computer and you didn't it in app it will stay forever in unsaved work orders You can't see phone numbers in app for saved contents (only their name) VolP setting resets by itself (from enabled to disabled) Other then that it's a very useful app I use it a few hours every day for work

This app is just as much garbage as the other one. Every week when I go to edit work orders there is inevitably an issue, either the won't work or it won't pull up the work orders. It's extremely maddening that my company won't switch to a different system as this one is absolutely terrible. It is damn near useless. Update: 5/26/21 Still a garbage app. Works for a few days, then says wrong name/ even though I log on to the desktop with the exact same credentials.

I have been unable to make phone calls for the last 6 months. Usually I just get kicked out to the phone even though I select RM to complete the call. More recently RM tries to make the call and I just get "there was an error." Just now I got "cannot set 4 as the current line since another line is already current". Tried reintal.Loading times are extremely long and the system wants to reload every time I type a single letter. I liked the old app so much better and even that one was only 3 stars.

This app is a big upgrade over the previous version! We're really enjoying all of the added convenience, the data presented, the ability to search and call s, the integration with rmVOIP is a fantastic new addition. One gripe so far - we'd realllly like the ability to be able to paste numbers into the dialer. Update: Few weeks later and they've added copy & paste to dialer! 5-stars! Thanks LCS

Overall, I like the app and the features on it. I don't like how buggy it can be. Too often running into trouble logging in. One feature this app needs is the ability for me the field technician to reopen previous s for reference and service record review. Archive of service recrds would be great.

Been using this app for awhile now, good features but it will give you trouble with the on inspection reports when you get around the 100 mark on the photos. Then during the you can and will lose your photos. You can use the older app and save yourself the headaches. Time is money in the rental business having to do reports twice is unacceptable.

App does not resize itself and information is jumbled and overlapping which makes it very difficult to use or see tenant information . We cannot text or call thru app anymore. The app frequently crashes and I constantly have to put in corporate ID and info. The app is definitely NOT what is was 2 years ago. It appears to be going backwards instead of forward with improvements .
