I used the application 2 times to book restaurants. In both cases I got an immediate response that my booking is confirmed. On the first booking , I arrive at the restaurant only to find out that it was closed and on the second booking, my reservation was cancelled 2 hours prior. I ed the restaurant only to be informed that if I had booked directly I would not be cancelled. it seems that the application is not updated and on the other hand treated as second class.

Excellent app. However it is currently experiencing several bugs such as not being able to modify a booking properly, the app automatically add 2 hours to the newly selected time. I lost a promo code because I had to cancel and rebook to be able to effectively modify my booking. I'm deeply confused regarding this bug because it used to work perfectly.

Works pretty well. Minor point; the final screen appears pretty cluttered for what is a simple task; Restaurant Name, Date, Time, No of People. Click confirm. Although this could possibly be the restaurants fault.

There were strange things happening when TheFork was stopping my a couple of times because of unknown reason (the even couldn't explain what happened), and the variety of available restaurants isn't that big yet, but still a very nice service.

Points that expire and vary in value is a big negative. This is a disincentive to use this app. It just makes the company cheap asses and means the company is not loyal to its customers. Successful loyalty programs don't have expiring points. Additionally, it is almost impossible to use the points (Yums) as very few restaurants accept them. What's the point?

Artificial Imbecility at its top= I'm in Florence, Italy, and by searching "Florentine" "or "Florentine cuisine" in Italian, all I get is: 1) restaurants in other Italian cities and European countries including "Florentine" in their name, or 2) restaurants including "Florentine steack" in their menu. Uninstalled. Update 21 Oct. 2024: it doesn't even LIST the best trattoria in my city, Florence, i.e. "I'Brindellone", not even if I fill in its name in the search field! *Well, Trip Advisor does!*

It's taking 20 times to get a reservation through using a credit card. This shouldn't be so hard. Resy and Open Table are so much easier.

To view my booking they sent me a link that promoted me to make an and their app. They could have just sent the booking details to my phone number, but they seem more interested in getting s ed. I chose to with Google but I still had to give them all my details, including a for some reason. Once everything was set up I could still not view my booking! Just viewing a booking should not be this complicated.
