I love this game. I just started back up playing after a very long break. But now my game is full of glitches and stops. The screen will suddenly go berserk and flash. I've lost a lot of inventory and if there isnt a way to fix it, I'm going to just delete everything. I already lost everything once when switching phones, so i think I'll be done for good if i cant figure out why nothing is working.. its too bad, bc i loved this game.

Addictive and really fun! (As of 2023 It was really fun now it's just annoying this game and the Westbound GoldRush Settlers game both are having problems loading items in the game and half of everything built are black square so you can't even see what you have built. I've tried to get ahold of customer but didn't get help. I give up on these games!

I've been playing this game, as well as 3 of your other games for 2 years now, and have put a lot of money into them. Lately, I have been getting pop up ads in my game while in the middle of actively playing the game. Not just 1 or 2 ads, it's every 10 SECONDS!!! My game will freeze, and up pops another ad until I "X" the corner box to remove it. Also, there has been no ground debris to clean up so that I can get my 5 daily pickaxes! Please fix this or I will have to delete the game with a heavy heart ;0(

ed this game 3 times over the past few years. Put real money into it the 2nd time. I see the pickaxe drop rate hasn't improved. That makes the game a bummer. It's annoying enough to wait for a crop/build for 24 hours, but no mining in the mean time? This time around resources are disappearing when I rearrange stuff. I lost my wood resource. C'mon. 20 pickaxes and still haven't got the key out of the mine for the fort.. and that's beginer stuff. Again, C'mon.

Fun game, but pick axes are hard to come by. Pick axes needed for EVERYTHING!!!! Very stingy with the pick axes and it forces you to have to spend your own money just to progress. Spent 3 days playing it and not one pick axe was "found". Loosen up your grip on the pick axes programmers. Starting to loose interest in the game because of it.

In 2016 my husband & I played and ❤'d this game, for yrs. He even reached the last level avail then, but we both agreed that the lack of pickaxes was just too stressful & uneventful. I was hoping that after all this time it would be improved. Especially as it's still going yrs later, however, I see that EVERY WEEK/MONTH/YEAR for SIX+ YEARS there's been MANY pick complaints & exact same replies/lies "We will do our best to improve gsmepley & amount of tools" Nope. The pickaxes aren't a problem any more but i randomly got a glitch in my world where all of my canyon has disappeared and my menu buttons as well as my shop and gold buttons. This bug makes it impossible for me to continue to play the game since I can't see or do anything. The only thing I can do is collect gold and the purple elixir bottles, and clear of debris. Please fix this thank you.

I had to to a new device. On the task to collect 4 treasures I go to Violet's island and it will not allow me to tap on the treasures. Had to uninstall. I am reinstalling now and will let you know if that helped. Also, a lot of times all of the games show black squares (diff devices) where buildings are put.
