Again...same problem Oh dear. The game is freezing again. Taking very long to start, then I have to close the app. Please could your team solve this issue. I have all updates installed but the game freezes and wont go past the start unless I keep trying. Very frustrating. Please guys....same problem a few months back . I have played for years. Love the game but recently, as of yesterday and today it keeps freezing. Sometimes it won't open. Please check what the problem could be.

I have not had pet Island for at least 4 weeks. The update/upgrade graphics are awful. Just about ready to uninstall. Uninstalled and reinstalled, logged in and all of my items are gone and I was started back on day 1 of . What exactly is the point of having an and logging in if everything is lost, thought that was the point of logging in so that all items remained. Developers need to do better and fix these issues.

I really hope the developers read all these reviews. A LOT of people are upset, frustrated and a few other things. The latest changes SUCK! Very frustrating that you can no longer watch commercials to get extra moves, the levels are super hard 3,4,5 in a row, this game use to be fun, and helped destress me, now I really don't like to play because I use all my tools, money and gold and get nowhere 😭🤬😡😠. I've been playing for 9 yrs these are the WORSE changes ever made.chg before u loose us!!

10/24: I love this game, I've played for YEARRs. But my piggy bank issue still isn't resolved! We all know, me being at level 7983, means that I not only play this game A LOT, I also LOVE THIS GAME!!! My no1 favorite of all time! Still wish I could fix piggy bank issue. 12/30/23-level 7111 Game: 5 stars Tech supp: 1* Trying since Sept to repair the missing piggy bank issue to no avail. Why so important? Bc to empty & get 50 bars is only $2.99 vs $15.99 for 50. I cringe paying $6.99 for 25 bars.

I have made it to level 6295 and for the last 20 or more levels. I have had nothing but problems with this game... I'm constantly getting an error Everytime I try to ask for help. It hasn't been giving me my daily rewards.. it won't allow me to connect it to my FB

I have played Pet Rescue for years and I don't the exact level, but I'm in the 8000's. For some reason, all of a sudden, the game will not fully open. It's like it gets frozen after I hit play and it freezes. I can hear the music playing but it won't open. If it doesn't open today I'm going to lose my 90 day streak! I've turned my wifi off and that doesn't help! Do you have any idea why I'm having so many problems?! Please help!

Last update was a disaster. Crashing after you 2 levels. Screen freezing regularly and often on top of that. One now has to a level several times to actually move on to the next.

Level 8106 - saying need to rescue 10 animals however after 2 animals no more animals are coming in the game even after my several attempts, using different weapons and left more than 20 move. Its so disturbing. Please resolve this issue on top most priority.
