So, editing my review after coming back. Not that I really left one before. The game itself is decent. The game play is good. The style is pretty good. What weighs down my rating The most is how aggressive and predatory the monetization is... Even for a mobile game. $30 for an incomplete cosmetic pack, which you'll then have to pay $10-$20 more for the rest of the pieces. And it's not a bundle, like you'd think. It's just one, maybe two basic items that equal the cost of a full game + DLC.

It WAS a fun game. Recent changes to war maps have taken away the balance. One guild with three or four 70 level players can trap the two other guilds in war with one chokehold location. What used to require a team effort is gone. I've been playing for years and, even though wars are just one aspect, the changes have zapped the fun out of it. If it stays this way I'll delete the game and move on.

I have been playing for four years and I thoroughly enjoy this game. I give the devs a hard time but they honestly deserve credit for implementing a wonderful change to guild wars. Not having to stress about being on at a certain time to get decent rewards is so nice. And the war actually feels like a back and forth war throughout the day. Great job devs! The only thing keeping me from giving 5*s now is the connection. I don't know what's causing it but I don't have the issue in any other game.

Would have given more stars, however, the game keeps losing connection costing me victories and losing in the arena when I'm beating my opponent. Even if I win a pvp the game loses connection and disqualifies me costing me the win. The sound is all wonky, sometimes you hear sound FX, sometimes you don't. I really love this game, but going to uninstall if this bug or whatever isn't fixed. What pisses me off the most is they just did an update. FIX THIS GAMES PROBLEMS NOW OR NOBODY WILL PLAY..

I've been playing this game for a month now and am level 40. Level cap being 70. Dailies are pretty quick if you want them to be. I roughly 3 times a day to just collect resources. The popups dont get better. Even after spending. You WILL have to close 2-3 sale pop ups everytime you go to camp or beat a mission. It pushes microtransactions hard. If you do buy something, it barely impacts you in the long run. The only way to get stronger in this game is daily play. Only gripe is the popups

Amazing game. I love the combat and all the different events that make the game feel fresh. I like that the ads are optional but if you don't watch them you will never have enough money to do anything. That being said I have never had an issue feeling like any of the currencies were to difficult to get. Lastly, I will say the guild experience makes or breaks your experience with the game. If you don't have an active guild then progression is very slow and you miss out on ton of content.

Been playing for 2 1/2 years now !! Best mobile game I've EVER played!!! With a wide variety of activities , it's possible to totally customize your experiences !!! I'm hooked , I got my wife involved , she's hooked , and we even started a guild together!!! Very limited ads , which are totally up to you to watch ( ads are short , and provide great rewards). This game is NOT a cash grab!! I buy the event es and maybe some gem subscriptions every now and then . Thanks for making a great game!!

Was good AT FIRST. Later in the game progression heavily depends on transactions to make the game less boring and faster. Every issue is simply explained by the devs that you're simply not the right level. The exp comes in too slowly, resources are too scarce, and the guilds are mostly dead, filled with people who haven't played in over a year. You can still play and have fun, it is just really difficult to find that fun.
