The app is not friendly. It lags a lot. Minimum order is now 3000 Naira (excluding delivery fee). They cannot return money funded to the wallet. One cannot pay using debit card. Sometimes, it takes a while for customer service to respond or for food to be delivered or for money sent to reflect.

Very bad, I tried my first order with so much excitement and then made payment after which my order was placed.. waiting for the delivery after several hours then I was updated my orders were not available. I tried to get my refund, which I can't get back unless I have to buy what they have available which non is my interest.

Don't bother. App is busted. From roll-out, some important items are not even listed at all (Salad, Plantain, more choices of Soups). Can't other a lot of the items especially the rice meals because app keeps crashing when you try to make a choice of sizes. And most recently, you just can't check-out. (Button does not work!) They shouldn't even have bothered.

Very poor service. Placed order 3 times now and the order never got to me. You call the restaurant and the staff are clueless about the order. Sometimes, they have no record The order number is practically useless. They have no way of ID-ing the order or knowing the stage of processing. Customer service lines are never picked. Overall terrible experience. You are better off, locating a restaurant or sticking with other food service apps.

Wish I read the reviews before I used this. Order placed at 13:30, paid for at 14:00. It's currently 18:10 and I haven't gotten my food yet. Horrendous logistics. Deleting the app once I have this debacle sorted.

Horrible!! So I placed an order for pickup and paid. 30 mins later I get a call saying I should come and pick up the order. I get there and they say they can't confirm my payment. Despite showing them my payment receipt and the app, I am left there hanging for over 2 hours!!! This is some of the worst service one can experience. Stay from this app for your mental healths' sake!!
