I have to use this app for sales at work. On the pc it works quite well, however using mobile has a few issues. Always has a slow load time no matter how many times I update, reinstall, or sync to the cloud. My biggest pet peeve with the mobile app is that I can only send one picture at a time when sending pictures to customers. Also not being able to scroll through the photos that customers send of their trades. If they could fix these issues, then I would give 5 stars.

terrible, rudimentary interface, notifications cant be managed in app. when you do open a notification, doesnt load new messages, have to exit conversation and reopen. notifications dont read who the message is from, so you dont know if it pertains to you, or someone else on the team. cant view all locations in one in box, so you have to waste time searching for new messages. needs a complete overhall to be useable.

Decent. The fact that messages can be assigned and monitored by is a great concept. Customers ask for pictures a lot, so it would be great to be able to /send multiple pics instead of having to send them individually. Also, when receiving photos of potential trades, the ability to swipe through the photos would be great. Also very slow to load.

I've had this app for well over a year and while it helps my firm, it's pretty overpriced. The only reason I keep it is because the pace of funds released when my clients remit payment. Also since my phone has updated the app has crashed multiple times and is sticky. I have android version 13. Please release an update. I'll be looking at a competitor now because it keeps crashing. At 335/month, it should run smoothly.

The app is not very useful. I am sitting here at my desk and have marked that all texts have been responded to. However the app keeps showing that there are text that I have not responded to. How am I know on my mobile phone if I have a new text. I like the program, but the text does not add much value.

The app itself works really well on desktop but have had alot of troubles with the app since we've signed up. Mostly issues with the push notifications, they still don't work today even since being promised many times that I would be. The only way I know I hahe a message is it emails me otherwise I would not know when I have a new message. If the mobile Android app was tweaked to work more reliably I would Def give it a 5 star.

Android here . Having issues with inbox. Messages that i have sent do not show up in inbox and customers are texting me without my receiving them. The messages are assigned to me but i am not getting them. This leads to them thinking i have ghosted them. Please fix this is losing me deals.

Sucks on mobile device, takes forever to load, even longer when it needs an update. And Lord help you if you switch to another app and back to it...get to load it all over again. 4/7/2021, now mobile app crashes when attaching pics
