Experience is quite bad. Several times already did surveys with this app, got confirmation that survey successfully finished, but no points were rewarded. Customer service appear to be not very helpful, they cannot figure out why points were not awarded. All by itself site design could be much better. Quite dissapointed...

Edit: This app is a COMPLETE SCAM. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Once I finally got in touch with about not being able to cash out they said "After reviewing your , we determined that your hip and/or participation has not met our quality standards or hip requirements". And said that either my info was incomplete or incorrect (which it isn't), "straight lining", speeding thru surveys, or 'false geographical location'. Why even let one keep doing surveys if that's the case

Had enough to cash out and then the app froze, only to get a follow-up email that said my was suspended. Now even more points have come in from previous months where I did a purchase diary. I now have enough to cash out $20 but can't. All they say in response is that you broke their of service. Never had an issue with them before, but they are obviously just out for people filling out surveys and not paying them.

EDIT: I used to think this app was great, but then my hip was randomly terminated. I ed customer , and they "confirmed that my will remain closed." I had enough points for at least a $5 giftcard. I'm frustrated. I was skeptical at first, but I have recieved $35 worth of giftcards!! It actually works! The process is time consuming, but it was definitely worth it. It glitches some, but not enough for me to stop using the app.

I don't know about the rewards as of yet, but the surveys are thought provoking and enjoyable. They make you think about what you REALLY like and dislike. Only reason I took a star is because if you hit a wrong answer you cannot go back and fix it (I was trying to hit strongly agree, hit strongly disagree instead.) And some of the surveys take you back to the top of the page when you are trying to choose every option that applies, EVERY TIME you choose another option...VERY ANNOYING!

I absolutely LOVE LifePoints! It pays the quickest & the most out of all other survey apps/sites that I've tried. I gave the app 4 stars instead of 5 though because lately I've been having to access it through the website instead of the app since it keeps switching to Spanish(which I cannot read) & freezing up. The downside to using the website instead of the app is that you don't get as many surveys on the site. PLEASE fix these issues with the app ASAP. Thanks!

Easy to navigate, logical sensible, and thought provoking questions. They dont seem to drag out the way some of the other sites do. No repetitive questions. Its a good spot to be. Unlike many survey sites, this one has an unusually high rate of survey participation acceptance rate.... that in and of itself saves me a lot of time. So far, there are No annoying ads that you have to listen to.

It's definitely not bad but could be better if the app could the basic info like age, sex, race, location instead of wasting time filling it in every time. Very often you alf fill the app, waste your time just to find out you don't match the criteria. Other than that it's good, pays in different ways you just select whether you want money transfer or gift cards.
