very easy app to use in Korea and affordable price. While in transit to location I received via a confirmation of payment and simultaneously a cancelation of payment from EXIM BAY. The driver didn't ask for further payment at the destination so I assume it was all good. Would recommend this app to all foreign travelers with no korean phone number. I have Kakaotalk but Kakao T taxi app insisted on korean phone number. Hence why I turned to the K Ride app. Enjoy. Ian L Sep 2024

Unfortunately, it would not use or display English addresses, but my hotel came up in aribic language. I asked assistance from the tourist office, who also couldn't assist as it was set to english, and then recommended another app. It also crashed while setting up. I am using a samsung s23 ultra, and the new app worked much better and quicker.

good app for foreigners in korea to get a minivan, it actually worked and the ride was a good experience. But the app is sluggish so be patient. App could use a reserve feature to schedule rides a head of time for convient travel to the airport.

Got scammed. Ordered a taxi, never came to pick me up. They took othe people drove them to another place all while I was watching from the app as if I am in the taxi. I paid for the ride, never got a taxi. No way to anyone. Avoid and use Uber

Like another person said, as soon as I ed, my card number was stolen and purchases were made on Amazon. Plus having to wait for pending charges to hopefully be canceled is annoying.

Buggy app. Charged me for services and noone came. Doesn't tell me how far away the driver is, a chance to cancel, number to call for issues, or a chance to reserve a pick up time.

Was worried about getting taxi in Jeju as online mentioned Jeju don't know have taxi booking app. Chanced upon K.ride brochure in the airport and tried it out to get a ride for our accommodation. Managed to get a ride within few seconds! :D

App is great to use to get a Kakao taxi. Only issue I have is if your in the satellite city areas outside of Seoul, the only options for taxi is for standard 4 engers. If your travelling with a family of more than 4 engers, there is no option for a van. Some taxi drivers will get upset if your engers are more than 4.
