I tried to create an in this app, but it requires a Company Reference Code. Unfortunately, there is no clear guidance on where to obtain this code. Even after reaching out for online , they were unaware of the process. For s in Dubai, there should be a clear and accessible way to obtain this code, whether through employers, registration portals, or official documentation. Without proper instructions, the onboarding experience becomes frustrating.

Updated the app. As a partner driver with Justlife. When we create an issue using get help button. We cannot reply anything (ticket issue was not closed) chat box shows loading for whole day long, even if i click close ticket it doesn’t work disgusting and annoying stff. Before launching new version we request you to make test everything properly.

Such a bad experience app for use.... it's didn't show the notification when we get an appointment and also not showing any updates also not working sometimes app cannot enter inside kind of more issues so please kindly focus on your technical team

I was not able to my email address. This app need to be updated so the email address can be logged in. Message appears invalid address. App is designed for the middle east.

Im a professional cleaner of this app the portal now is not update its almost 1 week the hours of our duty is still in the same last day.and some of the team did not help the lady who got abussive behaviour from client they told us behaviour of client they not control so what is the purpose of abussive behaviour in apps everytime we put issue if they not help us some our regular they remove and give us new client and the regular they give to other professional
