The watch is good for what it does. It's a limited watch but does those things very well. I have a Note 5 and have not lost a connection that I didn't cause by wandering away from my phone a good distance. Once back in range the watch reconnected effortlessly. The watch is beautiful, I just hope for more app plus the ability to keep the watch on all of the time. Update- still have the watch and it works well with my Note 9.

No ways to get your info out of the app without cloud sync? The app itself and the onetouch Go I purchased seem to do technically what they on the box, but without any way to get the data out and into a different fitness app like Google Fit this device is marginally useful and I'd rather go back to my previous ancient LG G watch that doesnt even have heartrate tracking but at least integrates with everything I'd ever theoretically might consider using, and thats great because that means it keeps its value much longer, whereas this is maybe worth half the 40 euros I paid for it due to its lacking integration options.

This app worked perfectly on my Alcatel and Samsung S6 Edge, I have changed to the Samsung A7 (Android 8.0.0 installed) and the app does not even want to open, hence no notifications gets sent to my watch. The only thing I can do is basically connect my watch via bluetooth (via connectivity settings) to update the time and date on the watch and do the 'Find my phone' functionality. I have deleted and reinstalled the app, updated the app but still the same results.

This new version of App is really disappointing and pathetic. I am using this wonderful watch since last 2 years. That time i was able to connect it to Bluetooth, get all the notifications properly. But now new version dont work properly. There are Bluetooth connectivity issues also no notifications coming. And so many people are complaining but there is no single response from your side. What the hell is this guys. At least have some responsibility.

Update the app to work with Android Pie. Notifications for sms, mail, etc... don't work, no caller ID... Almost useless. I truly hope you'll update this app and make it usable nowadays, since it seems to be way outdated and buggy. And I really like my One Touch watch and would definetely like to properly make use of it... So...Update it! Thanks!

Please fix the app. It will not let me create a profile or . It keeps telling me to check my network connection, which is functional, when connected to wifi. On my mobile data it gives me a loading notification but doesn't work from there. Please fix this problem. Also please fix having to resync the watch to the device every two minutes.

None of the phone notifications appear on the watch. Edited 17Aug20: it looks like the notifications are coming through now. Steps: Uninstalled the app, re-installed it, then made sure the Move app had all the required permissions allowed through the permission manager and THEN get an incoming call. Yes, until I received an incoming call, I was getting absolutely no notifications. Afterwards, the notifications showed, except for Gmail and SMS.

It would have been better to be able to link it to Google Fit. Helps to sync the file and records. At this rate, if this is not patched, I will need to switch to Xiaomi fit. Found the problem was the link that was used to redirect the . That is not a secured link nor is it a valid link. You need to get your developers to fix that for the Google Fit to be able to sync to it.
