Ever since the introduction of 9 gold bars for 2 additional moves you end up 1 move short far too often. Coincidence? Not a chance in hell. Scam? Absolutely. Especially frustrating when the final rocket goes in a totally useless direction.

0 STARS! This game used to be fun. Now, all of a sudden, there are no options to get gold bars unless you spend money, of course. They just keep taking away and not giving back. I'm REALLY ready to uninstall 😡 unless I'm missing something...if so please let me know

Whenever I click on a free item, the game hangs. And it takes quite some time before we can continue. This happens even while clicking on the daily free gold bars and when I resume the gold bars are gone. Getting worse day by day. Now not able to get the spin wheel boosters, hanging more often. Have sent a mail as per your request, please look into it

Insanely f2p friendly, great graphics, lot of levels! The only issues I've had are that the scrubbing mini-game constantly froze (thankfully there's a skip button), and the game decides a name for the dog is offensive after only two characters (literally could not name my dog Bill). Weird, but still fun. It's also a little weird that tutorials are still popping up at level 501.

This is the best game I've played of this sort ever!...Im editing my review to add that although I enjoy the game very much, I do not like the part where Im required to collect stars in order to furnish or restore a building. I do not like that the updates are so large and include the items for the parts of the game I do not like. I only like the puzzle part and the adventure. You were doing so well with that part, I wish you had left it alone. More is not always better.

I've emailed twice to the game , and I'm not getting a response from them. I lost everything! All the things I did and ed decorating the mall. All of the extra stuff for the August anniversary. I also just got a reward from Bingo, saying that we've been friends for 100 days now and went through 592 levels. I want all my stuff back at the mall and everything I won during August anniversary. I even tried sending screenshots to show but they rejected my email. So very frustrating.

Some levels are insanely difficult as you get higher in levels. I expect some difficulty but I often get stuck on a level for a couple weeks, which causes me to miss out on events. Game seems designed to force you to use boosts and buy gold bars (19 for 5 more moves is very expensive). RNG on on some levels seems to be set on very low chance of winning. Boosts such as rockets making winning levels a chance with luck rather than skill. Also, still stuck with Halloween load screen in December.

I hate to give one-star reviews but the recent changes are absolutely insane. You can't just change all of your game's mechanics and hope people like it. This would be like Nintendo releasing an update to a Mario game where it's now a plumbing simulator. I'm really hoping I missed the memo about this being temporary. Despite all the weirdness that's been thrown out there over the years (towns, removing game types, no longer creating the "extra hard" levels, several character changes), this was the best game of the genre. If you want to go in this direction, just release another game. A lot of these levels would have to be recreated for balance reasons anyway or they wouldn't be challenging. I tried going back every 100 or so levels (starting at just under 1800) to see how it played and I was finishing levels with 10-20 moves left. I actually would play that second game too because, despite just being a Candy Crush ripoff, this team would do it the best.
