The app is low quality, the share button doesn't work most of the time, searching is useless, you can only favorite certain things. The subscription is a waste of money unless you bought every accessory. Almost every video expects you to have the bench as well as the wall mount. Even the videos that claim that you don't need it still use it. The videos are just played off YouTube, sometimes it doesn't let you go full screen. I'm unhappy with this.

Fix your app! You all have made a really exceptional product. But the app experience completely ruins part of your brand/reputation/client experience. Specifically when it comes to creating your own workout. It's incredibly clunky and time consuming to build your own workout. Then once you've built it the app freezes very early into the workout (usually less than 5m in). So I miss out on all the tracking and analytics of working out. Fantastic product, and the app can be just as great.

I have the same white screen issue that others have had. The UI starts loading, then the white screen overlays. Not sure customer could fix that. Maybe I should reinstall? I still feel like a bait-switch victim with fees for features that should be part of the extra cost of buying the Bluetooth connected equipment (see my review history). Please note that I (and other original backers) know the grandfathered part. I wish MP would acknowledge their business direction not what we expected.

Great Potential. Very Buggy. Somehow my first review is gone... This app could be great, but has a great many bugs on basic functionality. I would recommend that the owner hire a UI/UX expert and some testers. P.S. I do not get paid to be a tester, so I will not be compiling and emailing a report. But for one example, the search results include and exclude the wrong items.

I am having issues getting into the app now. It keeps giving me this update now loop. It won't let me update or use the app. I'm very sad. I just got this for Christmas. Update: After I posted this comment I got an email from the company trying to help me with the update issue and they resolved it immediately! Have been touching base on a regular basis to make sure the app is still functioning properly. I have to say they have great customer service! I also love using my maxpro!

I have purchased the equipment but have not received it yet but wanted to check the app out and get used to it. I wish I did this before buying the equipment as it would have impacted me more to not get it. This app is so useless, what little I can do with it it doesn't work. Constantly freezes, doesn't load, can't favorite work outs, can't even search properly. As someone who doesn't know the proper way to work out these guides would help.

Needs a lot of work. The app disconnects from the device constantly, even when I place my phone directly next to the cable machine. I was finally able to capture 3 min of my 30min workout. I attempted to type my name to save my workout info and not only was there a delay as I typed but it was typing 3 letters at a time. Once I hit 'done' I think my name was in white text on a white background... then it never actually saved my info. Also, how do I turn off the engine sound?
