It's not as good as it used to be. It's ridiculous that I have to choose all photos in the same album when creating, for example, a photostrip. I can understand that they come in a package, and 20 photos have to be chosen, but why can't I choose and mix from my own albums on my phone? I miss the freestyle crop and freestyle rotate to make photos fit my chosen style. I will use another app from now on.

Overall a pretty good experience. The service is quick and easy to use. I sent a query message to customer service and was a little disappointed with the initial reply but they did get back to me again so overall I'm happy with both the product and the service.

great App! easy to use and the prints are great! only thing is, if you have more then one thing in the check out you can't send it to different addresses. But other then that, amazing! edit: I have ordered a second book, I wasn't happy with the print. it showed some "?" and some pages haven't been printed properly. I send an email and it took a couple of days until I got a reply. I got credits on my to print the book again. very happy with the solution. great customer service!

I must have tried to put together the same single photobook at least 8 times. Changes aren't automatically saved. The gallery isn't automatically saved. I've lost count of the amount of times I've had to the same photos to the gallery. I've ordered from Lalalab before and it wasn't anywhere near this painful. I think they've changed the app or something, but I now totally wouldn't recommend.

I've tried this and a few other sites to print out photos and Lalalab is by far by best. The updates to the app over time have definitely worked for the best - you can go back and forth between albums when selecting photos and not lose the ones you've already ed (this can be a nightmare if your photos disappear) , and the app picks up all my albums from the gallery, something other sites have trouble with. The quality is also the best out of the others I've tried. The papers better and the colour comes out true to the photo. I think this is why it's the priciest out of them all :D

Great quality, I love the prints, books and magnets and have send many postcards because it's so easy and beautiful. BUT there are quite some issues with using Google photos, which honestly bothers me a lot. No from customer service expect for "true, it doesn't work". Pretty sad about this, a short notice regarding how long it'll take to fix it again would really help.

I used it a couple of times & it was good overall. The last order was a disaster. I was charged twice & at some point they wouldn't even reply to me. After a lot of follow ups & a negative review they did look into it & it was resolved quite fast. Plus, their courier, which costed me 13€, just left my package of 150 pictures on the pavement, outside my building, in the very city center, without any notice and I found it by chance. The app has some bugs & you lose the selected pictures sometimes.
