Casting Failure. Tried from 3 Android 12 and 11 devices and although it worked on the devices themselves, trying to cast the live game just put a banner on the TV saying that the stream would start soon. This is not acceptable for the price and ruined the enjoyment. Interestingly, highlights programmes cast without problem so my set-up works fine. This needs a fix or workaround and information quickly. I will not use it again.

Can't watch on TV or laptop unless you connect to them through other casting apps £5 per game is an absolute joke when you're only option is to watch it on your phone Spent 10 minutes setting it up to watch it on my tv. I had to use an app on my laptop which lets me use phone apps on it. I then had to use an HDMI to connect my laptop to my tv but then the sound was still coming out of my phone so I had to bluetooth to a speaker so everyone could hear. Very poor at the moment and overpriced.

Satisfactory but not BT Sport quality video. I could watch on TV with Chromecast but looks like standard definition with low frame rate so the action is not very smooth. Similar to other live video feeds I have watched say from Facebook live. Update 25/2/23. App on phone seems unresponsive. Not even sure how to make a purchase now. Reduced from 3 to 2 star.

A massive turd of an App. It freezes almost every time making you reboot your phone. The UI is shocking. You cannot buy a on it. You have to use the website. When you have a , the App often doesn't show it (I bought 2 for the same match thinking I had made a mistake). It doesn't cast to any of my devices. The only thing it has going for it is that the website is even worse. Laughably amateur.

Useless for wathcing rugby, only works reliably on tiny phone screens. The app is not available to on my Android TV even though it is an android app?!? Only works on a phone's tiny screen. Unable to cast to the TV reliably, just doesn't work as d. Even when it did manage to cast the resolution, and more importantly the frame rate, is always way too low to make sport watchable. Having a ball and running players judder accross the screen does not make for a great viewing experience. May as well be watching on a ZX spectrum....

August 2020 - Limited functionality. Not enough background info available. Look elsewhere. It's also inaccurate. Tigers v Wasps, penalty count is so wrong it's laughable. Uninstalled. Update, reinstalled, no improvement, possibly worse. Uninstalled. There's an Australian app that has better and more up to date info than this. Update January 2023. Tried the app again. It's even worse, total waste of space. So little information, so unstable, just don't bother.

Stupid pointless and typical of the Muppets who run the premiership. Launch a new way of ticketing this close to the event? Of course there won't be any problems with it will there? 🙄🙄🙄 It gets worse. Sign in is buried in 'settings'. According to the FAQs, after you've (found sign in 🙄) and signed in, you click the 'final' button on the bottom then click on 'my tickets'. Except there ain't a 'final' button anywhere to be seen - only one to buy more tickets. Is this for real?

Crazy to have an app that requires data at the venue to access tickets that have been ed prior to the match. With high attendance matches, data services are limited causing delays at the gates, and frustration for the spectators. Needs to have a better way to prior to the match that doesn't rely on a phone signal to access at the venue.
