I would give it zero if I could. It doesn't work. My HOA uses this app for entrance to our lake. The app takes over 10 minutes to open and then when g in it states "Error cannot start a operation because is already in progress". I am so irritated that I now have to pay $20 for a physical card to get into the lake I pay for.

Poor reliability. It's fine when it works but I don't use it for a few months or just at random, it will not let me to sign in and/change the . My community lake recommended deleting the app and reinstalling it, which in itself is a glitchy process. I am using Pixel 5.

Having intermittent issues. I use the app on a daily basis and some days it will not open past the loading screen. It is a pivotal app as we use this for digital locks throughout my work and I cannot access the places I need to.

I can't get it to work reliabilly. It takes forever to get to screen, if it gets there at all. 90% of time it just spins on logo screen. My office uses it and I have only been able to use twice in 3 years. Nothing we try seems to make it work. Do you have a help desk?

Galaxy S9. Worked first time after I learned to shake to activate. Hasn't worked since. Have logged out and back in, switched between BT and NFC, no luck. Back to card I guess. Too bad, this had a lot of promise.

On my Samsung S9 it is a total failure. Huge waste of money. The installer promised it would work on approach but does not work at all. Work love to learn an upgrade was coming to get it working

Useless- locked myself out and would not recognise my . ed the app again signed in, but got stuck in a loop because of some sort of Bluetooth thing it was doing!
