The app doesn't work. It doesn't go after the splash screen. Was it even tested on Samsung Galaxy S24?

Terrible. The app used to be 100x better last year. Seeing time dependent charts on every reading is of utmost importance, but the app update got rid of this graphing/charting ability to see if you are improving or getting worse in weight, body fat %, blood pressure, etc. Odd how an update goes backwards instead of forwards to help us.

The app is fine now that they returned the charts, but it's surprisingly slow to load/run. The only reason I really have it is I changed my to something unique and complex and it's now easier to with the QR code than trying to type in symbols and numbers on the touchscreen keyboard on the device in store. I wouldn't have the app otherwise since the higi website works just fine on PC and phone.

I love the capability of going to my local grocery store/pharmacy to use the HIGI machine, that tracks my blood pressure, weight, and all the other features but there have been some changes in the app that I'm not liking. I used to be able to connect with others and to send maybe questions feed back to higi and now, I can't ask or communicate to a higi person to see if a higi machine needs checking on for scale possible calibration or any other possible mal functions please send me

Overall a good app. I check BP, weight and BF% at my local grocery store about once a week so it's nice to see steady progress being tracked with my various health metrics. Since they take the time to calculate BMI, BF% and hydration levels, I wish they would go ahead and calculate lean mass as well. Although I am currently losing weight and fat it would be nice to see if lean mass is increasing, decreasing or staying the same.

My rating should have been ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, but the new version/ rewrite of the app left out the most important feature for me, which is the ability to look at the changes in my weight/ BP/ BMI ... etc graphically. I hooe the development team is working to bring it back as soon as possible as I read many comments mentioning that.

Unhappy. I to the app, and it opens the summary page and then opens a blank page. The first two times I used it, it seemed a little buggy, and hasn't worked since. I uninstalled the app, restarted the phone and reinstalled the app. Still not working. 😑
