Frustrating!! What's with all the commercials? The weather radar doesn't update as frequently as people would like! If there's severe weather in my area, I would at least like to be ahead of it! Instead, this app runs 5-10 mins late, I've clocked it to be as much as 20 mins before an update! And I understand the commercials during the live feed..But if I'm watching the replay??And there's no way around it! Some people Really depend on this app to be as fast as it is accurate! Lives are at stake!

I just got a Samsung notification to disable the app because it was u too much of my battery in the background. There is no option to opt out of tracking my background data/location, and it's completely unnecessary to track readers' locations- you only provide traffic and weather updates for Upstate SC, mainly around Greenville. The local reporting is...okay, but there's a LOT more fluff/advertisment than investigative journalism here. Maybe why they want my background data so badly?

I love WYFF. I will never trust anyone else, and I also love the fact that they have their very own News helicopter (Sky4) and Doppler radar (live super doppler 4). Then, if you are new to the upstate, the WYFF4 mobile app to get breaking news alerts.

Wyff4 news. The news doesn't get updated very much. The beginning does, then it is the same for weeks further down. 3/24/19: Still showing an article from 10/29/18 about a school bus accident. Nothing like seeing old news. ALSO, many times it shows a link to look at a slideshow; however, there ARE NO SLIDES AVAILABLE. Update 9.21.21-might as well watch the tv. Whoever updates the app still does not do a very good job of it. My 11 yo granddaughter could do better.

I love being able to watch the news at my convenience but hate that it continually hangs up at the ads. I have to restart it and then have hunt for where I was at just to have it hang up again constantly fighting this please fix it! I don't mind the ads just make them play and not hang! It's not all of them some play fine.

The app works well for checking the weather and reading news stories. The problem I have is when I cast the live news from my phone to my TV. The program will run for 5-10 minutes then it will disconnect completely. I usually have to reconnect 4 or 5 times during one broadcast.

Used to be the best news team and best app around. Now....some of the stories only half work for example want to see the top 10 fire pits??? There's a headline for it but no images links or anything else.....does a great job reporting news from everywhere else but very few and limited stories from the actual local area it supposedly telling the news about

Good, but.......it would be nice if you could click on the images in the articles so you can zoom in. Or even zoom in on the whole page which would also make the image larger. Sometimes they are pics of people law enforcement is looking for, or missing children, or elderly. When you can't zoom in you can't really see the image well enough to be of any help. Please fix this.
