This has got to be one of the worst apps. It has issues connecting to the snoo on almost a daily basis, meaning I can't lock the level or turn it down when it goes off due to my baby babbling. The log function constantly stops working, so I'm unable to see data sometimes for days at a time. All this from an app that has a $20/month price tag. Yes I'm aware that "if you buy the snoo brand new access is included" but it doesn't change the fact that it's a poor app.

This app is pretty much pointless unless you have or pay for the subscription. I hate subscriptions, especially when it's not for something *more*, it's literally just to unlock things the product already has. They arbitrarily lock them just to scrape more money from you instead of offering a great product. I really feel like this is just going to go downhill for them. I thought I would be able to customize settings more but I never use this app besides getting notifications.

This app is incredibly frustrating. Happiest Baby needs to make some major changes to their product and engineering teams. The app is clearly the work of people doing the bare minimum to have something half usable to deploy. There's severe conenctivity issues with the hardware, lack of customization features, and overall is just not an intuitive UI to navigate. What a disappointment to pair such a solid piece of hardware with such a terrible [PAID] app.

Congrats you spent a lot of money on a Snoo. Now here's the app that is unresponsive to input 45% of the time. Or just "cannot connect" to the Snoo. The Snoo itself, great. The necessary app... As an example. Baby starts fussing. App alerts you to said situation. Open the app..... well you can't connect so now you have to go turn it off and on again. And maybe you won't wake your child. Or if they prefer being held at a certain level, but the lock button is randomly grayed out even at level 1.

It's fine but it does basically nothing without the subscription. Nanit and Hatch provide far more app with far fewer features. They don't even allow you to use the monitor without the app. The way this thing is locked down is unfortunate and somewhat hostile to owners of the snoo. I'm borrowing it from a friend who is in-between kids so I didn't pay the massive upfront cost but when they have their second they'll need to fork out for this silly subscription to use the bassinet.

The app frequently fails to connect to the snoo, leaving only the physical on and off button on the device as controls (making any features void). I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times, ensured correct wifi network connection, turned off Bluetooth in case of interference, paired (and re-paired) my device with the snoo. Still, the app rarely comnects to offer "smart" functionality.

Very expensive bassinet that touts several capabilities, but then locks them behind a subscription service. Can't wait for a competitor to make a self-rocking bassinet for half the price. That is all you get without paying $20 bucks a month. Edit: Since they decided to reply with an ad, I'll point out that this is a $1500 bassinet. And, still $20/month. BTW, they lock the weaning function to transition your baby to a crib. So, they know it causes development issues and charge you to mitigate it.

Doesn't open WiFi networks for the SNOO. I assume it's for "security", but this should be a choice! Bury it in a menu, show a disclaimer, but don't just tell me I can't do that. I live in the middle of nowhere and nobody is going to get on my Wifi to hack my SNOO. However, I do have a pile of devices connected to the network that will all need to be reconfigured if I put a on it, not to mention visitors who will need the .
