Ever since ads the app is garbage. Ads use to many resources from the phone (Motorola 5G Ace) to load anything. And if by chance the ad loads, it shuts down the app almost immediately. Clear cache and rebooting phone works sometimes. A lot of good that does me if I need to know ASAP what's going on. Total garbage app now. Uninstalling and going to channel 6 News

*Jefferson County Residents* It seems like our county has been put on a media blackout! Nothing about elections, or school closings, or anything. It seems the only exception to that rule is when bad things happen then the news teams show up for a few minutes then poof coverage gone again. The app would be better if the stories weren't broken up by adds for other stories and if there wasn't a banner ad that stays on the bottom of the screen that you can't remove.

WRDW has been my go-to need app for years but I've been forced to give it up. It would open as it should but any story I selected would fail to open and leave me looking at a spinning arrow indefinitely. I finally uninstalled it and later reinstalled but same problem still occurred. Guess I'll need to find a new local news source. I really wish the problems with this app could be corrected

I too don't get anything but ads on the app now. I get the notifications on the top of my phone but when I open the app I get nothing. I've even deleted it and reinstalled it and it's still the same. Before now I would've rated it 5stars. Please fix it. Update: It's June 26 and I reinstalled the app again and it's back working again. I hope no more problems reoccur.

UPDATE: Deleting the app. Going to depend on Ch. 6 news from now on. App will not load most of the time. Also, "breaking news" will not show up in the app. I'll get the notification, but nothing in the app.

The app's widget opens and then it goes to the same widget screen and takes forever to open. All this started with the last two updates. Before the updates it worked fine. Can you please fix this problem, I am sure l am not the only one experiencing this problem.

Suks!!! This app is the worst news app ever. It sends push notifications that you cannot get to by clicking on them. Also has no local crime category. I have to visit the website to view any news casts & any new news articles.

App use to be good , but after last update it is worthless! Get notification of latest news but when you click on it , nothing but white blank screen, takes forever to load
