App is always slow to load, sometimes stalls at loading and crashes occasionally. What gives, I have a Note8 so I know it isn't my phone. Its the only app I have issues with. I have deleted the app and reinstalled a few times and still have same problems. You need to get a better app programmer and redo the entire app.

Since the update, I now have the weather guy automatically talking, which is annoying. I think it's great that it's available, but I dont need to hear the weather as soon as I open up the weather portion. Also, the app is really slow at opening or sometimes doesn't even open. Disappointed with the update.

Video lags. Click on a link and when I try to go back it returns to the top of the list of stories/links instead of where I was. Unable to share a link with friends or family via text msg or messenger. Overall, it feels clumsy and unreliable.

The spelling and grammar are atrocious. You would think they would proof read before printing. Also when you back out of a story it goes right back to the top instead of putting you back where you left off. Very aggravating. I only watch Channel 10 News but your website sucks.

If you click on a notification, it just gets stuck on the loading screen. Does it load the article 10 minutes later? I have no idea because I haven't bothered to wait. I have a $1000 phone, so don't blame the phone. Sell out to kxvv so they can fix your app.

With the new update the app automatically starts playing a video. You can't look at the app when someone is sleeping or it wakes them up. There needs to be a way to shut this annoying feature off.

I would rate a 0 but can not app was good update made stories take longer to load and sometimes they go blank and crash, and there is no longer a 10 day forecast. I will be deleting and going back to the 25 news app.

Terrible, at least on my phone. Gives me alerts, and when I try to get them, I get a big ad covering the whole screen. I delete that, and then the app won't load. I have to go to the website directly
