I don't have any problem with the ads last month, it's a breeze, top banner indeed help to increace the sales. The cost is high, yes, our omzet deducted for almost 40% from ads and fee combined. But that is still okay. But for the past three weeks, not only the sales was pretty stagnant even with ads, but the cost was insane! Our omzet got deducted 100%, everyday, which they said it's because of the ads. And where is the breakdown of ads cost? We only get daily transaction details.

With the old version I had no issues, since even though most of the times we didn't get notifications, the drives still came and the orders were never cancelled. But now with the new version, I'm starting to lose my nerves. Already two days with the new version and all my orders cancelled automatically because we didn't get the notifications. We are losing money, so are you. If the orders are cancelled, I can't get more money and you can't get your commission. Please fix this issue. Thank you!

Hi. Looking at recent comment, seems like i'm not the only one who has a problem with notification. 9 out of 10 times the buzzer notification won't show up. I only know there's an order when the driver arrrived and when i open the app. Please fix this issue. It's critical for our operation, so we can give a fast service for our customers. Thank you.

there s no value or number of amount for item, so we cant figure out when will it be empty and when is full, so when the customer ordering the item still there but the amount close even almost to zero. and we are panic and have to refund the fee to customer. please attention for this case

Hi Gobiz team. The Notification sounds were awfully noisy. Please make an option to hide the sound or make more choices of Notification sounds. The point is, the notification is not friendly. Some of the s are management level which only use this app to monitor business but don't want to be disturbed by the notification sounds. Make an option that we can inactivate the notification sounds, please! I'll change the review rating if you guys make some improvements on this case. Thanks

Nice app, it works perfect on my samsung A7. As a new I have an issue, the build in pos (spots) and everything that has a print button in gobiz is useless since we can't use our own bluetooth printer, i ed the pos because it said nothing about recommended bluetooth printer type (the ads only said: just connect to your bluetooth printer to print orders), so i thought that it will work fine on any type of printer. Later i just understood if it requires spots machine or gowell printer

the rating system is unfair and very objective. There are several factors that should not affect merchant performance, such as order completion time and number of canceled orders. you don't know how the actual conditions in progress that affect the merchant's performance more. if there's a small order can be completed with a faster time, but the time given is the same for different order quantities. not to mention if there is a queue of other drivers.
